First-time visit. Ordered two muffins(not warmed up) , and a blended caramel. Get to the window and was told that the muffins we’re not out of the fridge? Yet. I was ok with the change. I get home and find the toppings were stuck to the bag. Coffee was excellent, muffin presentation sad. Still all in all positive and will go back to try again.

It’s always a LONG wait but today, with only one vehicle in front of me, a long enough wait at the order speaker that I began to think it may be broken and an additional 10 minutes before I was finally at the service window and they didn’t even have the 1 single coffee order correct, nor any order ready, even after confirming it at the speaker. I was so upset with them wasting my time that I simply said bye and drove away. I’ve never done that to a drive through before but within the next five minutes I had in my hand a perfectly delicious coffee for only $1.30 from McDonald’s across the street where they have their act together, consistently. I’m done with this scooters location. For three years I’ve had more bad experiences than good.

Scooters is usually the only coffee place I will go to because I love the white mocha. Recently the scooters in Olathe off 135th Street seems to give me more foam than coffee. I’m not one to leave a review without first contacting the business. When I did call them to complain about most of the cup being foam they hung up on me.
