If you order using a food delivery service don’t bother even putting anything in the comments because they won’t read it and if they do they ignore it. I spoke to the manager and he’s a for a lack of better words. It’s food service not rocket science. Reading the reviews I’m pretty sure the issue is the managment. Not sure how they even keep the doors open with the service you get from them.

Went here today and was quite pleased with the experience. The restaurant was very clean and spacious, a nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and courteous. The food came out hot in legit about 30 seconds after we ordered. The bbq was dam tasty and cooked well, had a nice mix of tender meat with some good crispy bark on it. The baked beans and toast weren’t the best I ever had but still an acceptable quality. The pickle was better than expected, had a nice crunch to it, not too salty — just right. Will definitely be coming back!

I got the pulled pork mac and cheese and the pork tasted like how cat food smells. Disgusting. Not to mention that the mac and cheese is basically the same nasty slop that they serve in schools. I’ve never liked billy Sims, pretty much for reasons like this. But after a decade and a half since I’ve been and it’s still the worst bbq place in town.

It really doesn’t get much better than this.. I don’t even eat much sausage but they got some fine eating cheese jalapeños variety, as well as great brisket and loaded potato salad. Momma Sims must’ve been a knockout at family reunions!

I want to encourage this location to bring the love back. In the restaurant in the food in the service. The place was dead. I use to be an Assistant manager at McAlester Oklahoma Billy Sims. And you can tell if there is love in the atmosphere and in the food. The place would stay full even when we didn’t have customers. We treated everyone the same no matter what they ordered. We made listened to whatever feedback they had to improve the quality. Not all advice was taken but we listened if it applied. We gave out one free side to customers who were faithful. And a small discount to those who were senior citizens and military or medics or police. I know everything is high in price but why lose business over a few dollars. When it’s the ppl or customers who make the establishment. I encourage all restaurants to look a strong look at this. So they can pay the employees what they deserve. So many young people don’t know how to clean properly. Wash dishes or follow recipes. That’s why you should value older employees. Make it fun for all while you work. After all your job is your second home.

Their lite menu is 6oz of meat and still $15 for two meat combo and drink. I have to admit pricing is high. No internet because they want you to get in and out. Food is always good though and this is a corporate store so it was fast and friendly.

Consistently great barbeque! Smoked perfection but not greasy. I’ve been to several locations but my favorite is at The Farm. Nice atmosphere, clean. I used to be a big fan of Rib Crib, which is also good, but I think I like this better.

Went in for dinner at 7:40pm and was told they didn’t have what we wanted because they were cleaning up. Website says closes at 7pm the door says 9pm. If they were closed the employee could have handle that situation differently and not been so rude. Bad customer service. Never had an issue with Billy Sims before but won’t be returning to this loctaion
