I had someone go in and make the order for me so no review on customer service. The food was great and not a long wait which is rare for a haitian spot. I got fritay, but the turkey was not amazing, it was okay. I wish I got the pork. The rest was hitting THE SPOT. Great job and love the different vibe compared to Brooklyn. Thank you! Loved the plantains they were, soft and not over fried. My favorite is affordablity thank you for not overpricing the food!

Although the food is good, there seems to be a great reduction in the portion of food been sold while prices are increasing. Most of the staff is not friendly and will greet you with frown in foreheads as if to tell you not to ask any question. A place for take out since the seating area is small and not appealing.

I’ve ordered food from them both online (with Ubereats, DoorDash) and in person and the food is good either way. I usually just get fritay (griot or tassot) from them but I recently tried a little of their legume and I’d definitely recommend. When all fails though, you can’t go wrong with the fritay.

The people are rude and have no customer service. You call the place to order and they make you feel like you are bothering them while you are spending money and supporting them as a business. Overall terrible service!

This restaurant is highly unorganized. I ordered with them through UberEats and I can say that this restaurant is horrible. Would rate zero if I could. They took an hour and a half for food that’s beyond horrible. The meat was too hard to eat. The sweet potato is barely cooked and missed parts of my order. And too add to that the gave me this plate (shown below) and had the nerve to charge me $16.00 for it. Ridiculous. Avoid this restaurant on UberEats cause it’s like they’re slow …

You can never know what to expect. Sometimes food is very good sometimes it’s not good. Sometimes employees are professional and welcoming sometimes they make you feel unwanted or they busy on their personal chat or phone to focus on you. But I still go every week because I live in elmont and that s pretty much the closest haitian restaurant to me. So every time i go i play Russian roulette never knowing what its going to be .
