I ordered two pizzas at 4:52. They appeared in the portal at 5:25. The cheese pizza was folded. I showed the front desk employee, Manuel. He said it would take 15-20 minutes for a new pizza. I asked for store credit and he said he would write my name down in the back and that I can return in the future for store credit. Manuel, I won’t forget!

Young lady that was in register is simply not friendly and truly acts like you’re bothering her. When ask if she has tried the stuffed bread her reply was “ no way I don’t eat here” I said what? She then said she was vegan and would never eat here. I get that it’s hot as all hell in here but don’t make your customers feel like they’re annoying you. These young teens lack work ethic and appreciation for customers which keep them with a pay check. I would and will continue paying for better service along with great pizza. Stopping here was easier than running down to Jimmy and Joes lesson learned. I’ll take my hard earned money else where.

We ordered 3 hours ahead of time and showed up and waited 40 minutes for them to give us our food that had been ready for 30 minutes. We asked multiple times and they asked for our name and somehow couldn’t figure out that the food was ready.

We called to place an order online they picked up the first time then they hung up on us for no reason. We tried calling two more times then we had to go in since they ignored our calls. while we waited we watched someone ignore multiple calls then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for pizza that was cold.

Rude a$$ people I called due to a emb pepperoni pizza seems everything has changed paying extra for extra toppings. And I told them about the pizza trashy person hung up. Last time I will shop here. That’s how you lose customers. They call this extreme pepperoni it is not last time I order from here. I bought a regular pepperoni on pizza and got way more than an extreme bestest pepperoni pizza.

Called in a order they had trouble getting the price. Took down my name and number, told us it would be ready in 30. I get there and they said they never had the order or it just showed up in there system. Had to wait another 8 to 10 mins. They didn’t do anything to make it right for our patience. Terrible place
