Went here to celebrate both my and my coworkers birthdays. The food and atmosphere were pretty good. Service wasn’t bad at all but there were super long periods of time where our server just disappeared. Drinks were mid-(ordered 2 separate drinks-both gross) and they tried the charge us a $35 CAKE CUTTING FEE (for bringing a tiny fruit custard dessert from piblix) It was JUST OKAY over all..but I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

The restaurant has been open for a week already. Weston needed a place like this one. The ambiance is good as well as the music. We had a reservation, got there and had to wait to be seated. We got to the table and the table was missing a chair, had to wait for someone to bring another chair. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and bring a menu, her name is Maria, she was the only one that from across the room realized we had been waiting and came to our table. Before this, multiple restaurant staff passed by, including upper management without recognition or acknowledgement, a simple welcome or someone will be right with you. Maria was very knowledgable, she recommended cocktails and went over the menu. The food was good, the drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly and a plus…they have a kids menu. I wish you success, Maria is an asset to your place and looking forward to more visits and a great experience. Simple hospitality challenges that can be fix with training. Overall a good experience.

While I’m sure the food might be good, my initial experience was terrible and left a poor taste. Went up to the hostess to ask for a table in a Friday evening at 6pm. After asking for a table, I was told there’s none available. After asking for a wait time they flat out said “I don’t know, when people leave”. When I asked if there’s any way I can be served today they flat out said no. After inquiring to be put down on a waitlist, they took down my name and number on a random piece of paper and never called me. Their attitude and unwillingness to help was not pleasant and I did not feel welcomed. There seems to be a lack of hospitality and friendly service training here, something that can be fixed with training – as some other people have already noted in past reviews.

Thank you once again for a wonderful experience! Gaetano, the bartender, was our server. He was fantastic! The appetizers and drinks were on point, and the food delicious. Weston has needed a place like this for a long time. Hopefully, the curse of this location has ceased. This one is worth keeping. See you soon Negroni!

Tried Negroni today for their opening. The food and service was great! You would expect some delay or issues at the opening but everyone was very attentive and friendly. Our waiter Jose was on top of everything and was very accommodating and made our dinner a great experience!
