Ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in 43 minutes. Over an hour later, no pizza. Tried calling to cancel the order and this place won’t answer the phone. TERRIBLE experience. Won’t be ordering their products ever again. Papa Johns should investigate this location for mismanagement.

I have ordered a few times from there this week and everything was great. Tonught I ordered and got the wrong thing and this girl that answered the phone and also made the order told me that I didn’t order it right and proceeded to yell on the phone. I work in customer service. This place is garbage! Tried calling in a take out order and had to go through 2 different phone connections only to be told I am out of range. 5 miles is out of range!? Not coming back. I’ll pay more for Uber eats and get better quality.

If you pick up your fine however if you order delivery you will wait for 1.5 hours at least before you get you food. Chipotle honey chicken is literally just chicken nuggets nothing on them no flavor and with the wait you pay a delivery fee + a tip for cold food. I literally order a paparida and chicken wings and that took an hour and a half to deliver. Then it’s cold and taste not so good. Sorry this papa John’s in north canton has gone down so much.
