Prior to the pandemic Ledos pizza was the best. The crust, the pizza sauce, and toppings were always on point. However, the pizza makers are stingy on the amount of sauce put on the pizza. The sauce is what makes the pizza but even after asking for extra sauce, the pizza maker either ignores the request or continues to be stingy with the sauce. Ledos, must do better and get back to the basics. The Ledos sauce is what sets Ledo’s pizza above others. Go back to putting more sauce so that it covers the crust. I shouldn’t see crust, cheese, pepperoni, and sausage and no sauce! Do better Ledos!

Waited over 45 minutes for our pizza order and then when the food finally came we were missing a pizza and our waitress said she didn’t know we wanted a second pizza. We asked for plates and never got them. Dirty dishes were not taken from the table in a timely manner. We were never told sorry for the slow, poor service but they did take off one pizza. Not sure what’s happened to this place.

Went to Ledo’s with some friends from church. We sat there about 20-25 min waiting to get our order taken and not one time did the waitress check on us when we got our food. Had to hunt her down for our bill. Worst service ever and it wasn’t even busy.

Have always loved ledo’s Pizza. One of my favorite pizzas in the world. Sweet sauce square pizzas thin crust I personally like Hawaiian pineapple and Canadian bacon. To each their own but highly recommend ledo’s Pizza if you live in Maryland you should already know.

If I could give a zero I would.. by far the worst time tonight at Ledos.. I am from South Florida and when I come to visit my friend I look forward to my old bay chicken wing from Ledos . Tonight the chicken wings came out way darker than normal and I was advising the waitress and was said did you try them.. of course I try them but they are over done and I don’t want to waste my money on it.. then the pizza comes 15 mins later and that could have stayed on the oven long.. didn’t receive serving slice cutter.. from the not caring attitude and attitude to just treat Ledos like a factory to get people in and out.. need to look for better employees..

Make sure you double and triple check your order before picking up your online orders. They do not care how far you drive to pick up the food or how much you’ve just spent. Manager just throws a $10 gift certificate in your face hoping you’ll come back, even when the item they didn’t give us the first time is worth 4 times that amount. Sad. Do your jobs and make sure you give us what we paid for and maybe you’ll have a better review. It took over 2 hours to get a completed order. Do better.
