My husband and I came into town on business from Detroit. The pictures from other’s reviews brought us to this amazing little truck. Everyone we encountered was very sweet and personable and the food was wonderful! Did not disappoint!! Birria tacos are all the rage back home and I had never had them before now. So glad they were authentic! However, I fear I will forever critique them and none will live up to these from El Jefe! Thank you guys! I had 2 birria tacos with cheese, one without. I got them with the cilantro, tomatoes and onions inside. My husband had the Quesabirria and 2 chorizo tacos. All were hot and delicious! We definitely ate good!!

I can only attest for the birria tacos with cheese and the consome, they were 10/10, highly recommend. Make sure you come with your hands washed so you can enjoy them there… there’s no sink and I bet you’ll want to lick your fingers. Will definitely be back to try more items.

Love this place! Super great tacos! Worth the price cuz they aren’t exactly cheap. And the gorditas plate is my new go to. The elotes is really good too. I usually get 2 extra elotes to put in the fridge for a chip dip snack! Soooo dam good! Friendly folks. Been going here for a long time. Closed mon. And Tues.
