Amazing!!! The pho was very flavorful and good sized! The bowl was filled with soup noodles and the beef. Loved every slurp! The prices were decently priced not bad def get your moneys worth. The staff was very friendly. Cute little spot def would come back!

I ordered for pick up the Spicy Lemongrass soup. The soup was nice and hot, it’s spicy but not unbearable, I didn’t care too much for the meatballs that came inside but the beef was good!! The noodles came separate from the broth with bean sprouts. Overall soup was good I would definitely order again !! I also ordered the Thai tea which was good as well !!!

A delicious new Vietnamese spot! Ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls, grilled pork chop rice platter, shaken cubed steak, Thai iced tea, and pad thai. Everything was so tasty! There are a few tables for dine in and loved the artwork on the walls. Service was great. Will definitely be back to try the pho and other dishes.

Love pho and they delivered. Broth was satisfyingly flavorful, noodles and beef were generous. Also, ordered bahn mi pork belly, French baguette was crusty and pork belly melted in your mouth, altogether quite delicious. Called my friend over to share the dining experience. Glad this resto is 2 mins from my house. Definitely coming back.

Great to see a legit Vietnamese restaurant. Menu was concise, featuring classic dishes. Pho was spot on, very natural fragrant broth. Bun had all the correct accoutrements. Cha gio used rice paper vs spring roll pastry and came with lettuce leaf to wrap/dip in tradition way. One thing I noticed was the nouc cham was more lime forward than sweet which is how I make it. Will be go-to local place for me.

I’ve ordered from Saigon Bistro a few times and the food is always delicious! I usually get the wings and grilled vermicelli platter. The platter is packed with meat and very tasty. Today I decided to try something different and after reading the reviews, I got the Spicy Lemongrass Soup… Woo it was spicy but sooo freaking good!! The broth was seasoned to perfection! I’ve never had anything like it.. Absolutely divine!

Will probably be my new go to spot for Vietnamese. Everything was delicious and pricing was fair. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, curry noodles, and sugarcane shrimp. Everything had great flavor and was uniquely Vietnamese. Can’t wait to come back and try something else.
