The women who checked me out and got my food was very nice but forgot my drinks. I love the fries here and the chicken tenders with the buffalo ranch sauce was really good. The spicy chicken sandwich was much better than expected. The store and bathroom wasn’t very clean though. I would have given 4 stars if they didn’t forget two items I paid for.

This place is again the worst dining experience I have had recently. You would think it’s fast, convenient and your typical fast food restaurant. Not the case at all. The place was not clean, the soda station had drink spills all over. The staff were engaged in personal talk then assisting customers. I ordered my food at 4:45 according to my receipt. I didn’t get my food till 4:57. 12 minutes to fix 3 tacos. After the girl took my order she went out front of the store along with other employee’s and was outside talking to someone else in a KFC hat and they appeared to be arguing about someone. This left only 3 people who I could see working behind the counter. There was one guy just standing around. He was doing nothing but talking to the others. When I asked about my food 5 minutes into my order he acted like I was talking in a language you has never heard before and just relayed to the other person what I just asked. I went to go sit down and waited another 5 minutes and another 2 minutes before I was handed my food which was already made but sitting in a bag on the counter. It appears someone made it and let it sit there till I said something as everyone was outside. I could have walked back there and grabbed it. The whole place didn’t show any customer service skills at all. I don’t plan on returning and I would never order anything to go or delivered again. Oh while I was waiting on my food another customer came in and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take his order. He finally said some not to nice language and walked out.

Went inside to order at 920 and was IGNORED along with several others. Clearly priority was given to drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes another customer left and I got my toddler and I back in the car and went to the drive thru and was told they closed at 930. We were on a 7 hour trip and their hours online read until 10. Also as soon as we walked out a doordasher walked in he was greeted instantly by everyone inside. I was walked past multiple times and there were three people out back smoking. Horrible customer service.

I went there for dinner. I went through the drive thru, they told me to pay at the window and come in for the food since the drive thru person left. They were rude and not helpful to the customers! It took at least 30 minutes to get food for every one there! They are not worth it to wait 30 minutes and being harassed by employees especially the manager! That was cooking and claimed not to know what was happening at the front! They had no organization and all of them looked clueless on what to do! DON’T GO THERE! ROYAL FARMS IS BETTER AND FASTER!

Wanted something quick for lunch, but coming to this location was a mistake. One of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve experienced. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a famous bowl combo at the drive-thru, paid, and were asked to pull up and wait for our food. After watching cars behind us get their food and pull away while we still waited, we finally were given our food after about 15-20 minutes. Checked the bag, no sides at all and no requested sauces. Had to go inside and ask for them; didn’t have an issue there.

Unbelievable! I waited 40 minutes for 3 nugget meals! I asked Terrance Steele the manager to be compensated for the inconvenience, he says he gave me a extra order of small fries! I explain to him that’s not what I had in mind then HE gets very rude and insulted my WEIGHT!!! I will be definitely contacting corporate!! because Terrance Steele needs FIRED! He’s incompetent, unprofessional and plain RUDE!!

I remember when you got a two-piece meal and a came with potatoes coleslaw a biscuit and two decent sized pieces of chicken , The leg was so tiny it took two bites. Now let’s talk about that taco there ,could you spare the meat lots of lettuce to make it look big.I don’t even know what those things were all I could say is they tasted like flavorless chips. The tables in the lobby were dirty the only two clean tables were back near the restrooms and all of a sudden the guy came over and wanted to block it off so I asked us to move.I guess mopping that floor back there was more important than cleaning all the tables in the lobby.

This place is horrible. Customer service sucks!!!!!!! Drive-thru, they do not answer. Walk-in, you’re greeted with a rude cashier who refuses to acknowledge you nor speak. They need self-service machines like McDonald’s for all this, since their employees do not wish to actually work. I just walked out – what a joke of a business!
