It’s Chipotle, so you know what you’re getting into. New, so relatively clean. Nice staff. Fast service. None of the condiments are labeled, and it’s noisy, so go with “brown”, “medium”, “Thanks!” and the like and you’ll be fine. Better, and better for you, than Taco Bell, and just as reasonable for it.

Our favorite location! Everyone is so friendly, the food is always fresh and hot, the staff is great, we love it! We come at least once a week! I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about, I’ve never had a bad experience here ever and like I said, we’re here at LEAST once a week, if not more!

This is one of the busier Chipotle location. I appreciate all the hard working employees as all of them are so busy..I wonder how they serve with a smile! One sincere feedback — always seem to run out of things .. also they skimp on food a looot these days. When you have a spoon why only give 3/4th of a spoon when a customer is asking for that item! Then we end up asking for more and they give but it feels awkward as they skimp on every item! Otherwise, great location, clean, great service

Chipotle Mexican Grill is really good! You have lot of options mostly Mexican. Food was fresh and the dips was tasty. It had both vegetarian and non vegetarian options and the queso dip was amazing. Great place to quickly go and get some food for one person or for a whole group.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was quick and considerate, asking me if I was allergic or didn’t eat beef. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

While chipotle is good, DONT GO TO THIS ONE. I got food poisoning and I’m typing this while sick in bed . Not to mention, the employees were very rude to me and basically ignored my existence until I spoke up. The girl with glasses there was nice though, this review is in no way targeting her. I was ignored, spent $14 on a meal, and promptly vomited it all up. Hygiene was questionable, shame on me for continuing despite being skeptical.

This location is absolutely horrible. I will never, ever return. The manager, Daniel, treats his employees with complete lack of respect in front of customers – raised voice, berating them, and scolding them in front of everyone. I can only imagine how he treats them out of the customer’s eye. I have never been in a restaurant where a manager was so disrespectful and inexcusably rude to his employees. I will make sure that I tell all of my friends about this location as one to avoid. One would think with all the similar reviews on here about management that the regional manager would step in, but looks like this location doesn’t live up to Chipotle’s “standards.”

Don’t ever order pick up here. I waited for TWO HOURS just to get a burrito bowl. When I mentioned it at the window, they simply said they were busy. Two hours isn’t busy, that’s a problem. Would rather go to Cedar Park.

Girl who greeted us was friendly and helpful for the most part. I was disappointed they ran out of guacamole. A fellow team member went to the back and came back and said they were completely out, so I accepted it. When I was checking out I noticed they did have some in the togo side, but they never checked there. They also later scrapped the almost empty container on the eat in line for another customer after me. After I sat down and got half way through my meal they began making more. If they had offered I would have gladly waited for fresh quac or taken some from the togo There was no effort made and I left disappointed in my experience and meal.

My first-time experience at this particular location wasn’t good for the simple fact that they skimped on the portion of my salad bowl. I mean, just look at the stars the people are giving to this place – that must tell you something. Out of all other Chipotle locations I’ve dined at so far, this is the worst one. Not recommended, but this gotta be the only closest location if you live in Leander, which is lame.
