Granted it was about 9 p.m. when I pulled through the drive-thru to get a simple burger and onion rings. They asked me to pull ahead and wait about 2 minutes for the order. Obviously they forgot me since I was there for about 10 minutes. I had to walk in and ask them for the food. The burger was overcooked with a little crispiness to the skin. The onion rings were at the bottom of the bag kind, all broken. Very disappointed but again this isn’t a five-star restaurant nor pretending to be. But definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.

I have never had a bad experience yet here. It’s always clean when I go in and most of the workers are very polite and nice, some look like they dont want to be there but I won’t blame them(no one really wants to be at a job, you just have to). It’s easy to order and easy to get my food.

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and asked to HOLD the pickle. I get a double Cheeseburger with PICKLE, onions and lettuce. And it was over cooked and dry. Sense when do double Cheeseburgers have onion and lettuce. Ordered thru drive thru didn’t open till I got home. How disappointing and mad. I hate onions and even tho I removed them I could still taste them.

I really love this location. The staff, and especially one of the managers, are very nice and polite. Great humor, as well! The restaurant is always clean and napkins/lids/straws are topped off. We never have to wait long for food and the line inside always moves quickly.
