If I could have not given any star that would be appropriate. I came to the Church’s on Hampton Rd and order a wing and a pepper paid $4.63 and when I opened the box the wing was so small the biscuit hid it. I asked is this the only wing y’all have the reply was that they all were small tonight. Ok I said can I aleast purchase another wing they said yes it will be another $4.63. For another baby wing are y’all crazy. I asked how much is a 2 piece they said $3.99 so why not give me another wing and they would have still gotten over oh no that logic did not make sense to them. We are customers faithful customers to this particular church’s but this waaa it for me this piece of chicken look like it wasn’t worth.20 cents.

I left another restaurant that serves fried chicken because they were so busy and came to Church’s. After I received my order I left, only to discover the fries were missing. I returned to the store less than 5 minutes later to get the missing item. The young lady at the window told her manager that I did not get my fries. Her exact words were ” you forgot his fries”. The manager said “let me see the receipt”. This was less than 5 minutes later and there was only one other car. I had to wait for the fries to be cooked. The manager’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. It was in that moment that I knew why the other place was so busy and Church’s was empty.

Just left there I ordered a 12pc leg & thigh 2 family fries and okra. The man hurry in push my order out the window so I start to drive off and I tell me daughter to check the food. Come to find out I only had 1 family fries and okra so I turn around in go back not even 30 seconds away. I try to go in but the doors are locked but it seems like they only letting certain people in. So I’m yelling my order messed up so she tells me to go back to the drive thru so now I’m waiting in line. Dude bring the rest of my order them when I make it home I see that all my chicken is wrong. $40 for some messed up food. They need to do better

This location discriminated against my daughter because she’s deaf and refused to serve her refused to take her order and refuse to allow her to even go through the drive-thru. The store location will not answer the phone I have no other choice but to seek some legal remedy

Food ok…I was hungry….but there wasn’t a clean table in the store….not food but just dirty with crumbs… .and the coke was flat…and they didn’t provide silverware and forgot my pie….so other than that ok…

Awesome ladies that work in here great service great food, I noticed on here a lot of negative reviews. However I have noticed from being in the restaurant industry myself that people’s attitudes are based on your own. My experience was that these ladies were very friendly even after missing part of our order and having to drive back, I was kind in my manners with them and they gave me the same respect. People who are rude to food service workers are bound to get what they give. These ladies were awesome and even gave me extra biscuits for my trouble definitely the only churches we will go to. Y’all just gained regulars food was perfect!

Chicken was cooked well, okra wasn’t bad a few hard pieces, the Mac n cheese was horrible noodles were overdone and the cheese sauce sucks! But over all the chicken was great and that’s what I came for!
