I had my first sandwich, dining in. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and the service prompt. The chicken was moist, tasty, and tender, and reasonably priced. It is a good franchise, though I think some of the hoopla about it is over the top.

Had breakfast here for the first time and it was delicious. The #1 rated breakfast item is the simplest, chicken on a biscuit and it was amazing. I got the meal with coffee and the hash browns, dipped them in the house sauce and they were good as well. Topped with the fruit salad which was fresh and yummy. The coffee was meh but that’s not why we are here. No one can touch Chik-fil-A, highest quality ingredients, the sauce flavors, efficient service and the best damn chicken sandwich in the world. This location in Irondequoit checks all the boxes.

If you are going to order DoorDash from this store please don’t. I have ordered from this store twice both yesterday and today and they messed up my order both times. Yesterday I ordered two spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and one of them came completely without chicken :/ Today I ordered from them again and they gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered the same thing as yesterday and they gave me a grilled club. I don’t ever leave negative reviews but man this was such a negative experience that makes me never want to order from this store ever again. Be careful if you are ordering DoorDash from them!

Today it’s so hard to come by good customer service, it’s so unfortunate but it’s definitely the real reality of so many businesses whether it be food, retail ,etc. I feel the need to write this review for the sole purpose of the east irond location putting a different light on my opinion today. This evening I went through the drive through with my son to pick up dinner, we are going through major home repair due to severe water damage so quick was on our mind. We placed our order and waited in the line like usual. Here is where I was impressed, the manager was walking to several cars handing out food vouchers for the wait , which I’ve waited longer lol …..like this may seem minor except when have you been to a drive through where management give you a complementary meal for your wait, never! This is exceptional customer service on his part and I appreciate it more then he probably even noticed. So thank you to this manager and the business as whole for implementing such standards, you are definitely separated from the rest! 100% recommend the food and this location !

You have to double check your bag when you get your order. I got the wrong salad dressing for my salad, but didn’t realize until I had left the restaurant. Although the lines are quite long at the drive thru, you get serviced rather quickly and the food was piping hot and fresh. All the drive thru staff were super friendly.

It was my Grandma’s Birthday and she absolutely loves the spicy chicken sandwiches. Got 2 for her and the people taking my order were super friendly and when I mentioned it was her Birthday they rushed her order and even wrote Happy Birthday on the bag for her! I gotta say this is probably the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to Service needs a raise because they had a 2 full drive through lines and they still didn’t make a single mistake on her order and served it with a smile! I highly recommend if you are dining in or taking out your gonna have the best time at this location because there’s no crazy hanging out your window their drive thru has a door that the servers bring it to your car!! 6/5 Stars if I could thank you so much to their manager who was super busy but still taking the time out to write on the bag for me
