Although I appreciate fast service, my order for 4 people came so quick there was no possibility of it being fresh and to my dismay I was correct. Cold, limp fries and onion rings and luke warm burgers. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location so I will give them another chance. 3/5 would recommend going when they aren’t so busy.

I normally love this location. Unfortunately the app wasn’t working so I did order at a stall. We were ready to order and I push the red button she says order when you’re ready… Wait? Huh? I pressed the red button because I’m ready to order. I had asked to add chili to my sonic cheeseburger which I’m aware that it’s an extra .99 she says “Chili on a burger?”

What a joke. Push the button to order, and a guy comes on trying to hurry me. I order a chicken strip dinner. He does not put it in as the whole meal, just the strips. Then I order a corn dog and burrito. He then gives the total and hangs up before I can mention the drink, or lack there of. I push the button again and a gal comes on and rudely tells me I ordered wrong. I explain I would like a drink, and sauce for my tenders. She then takes those and hangs up, no total repeated. I select pay with the app and it instantly goes to ads. They come out with my food and I am told “oh sorry the pay from the app feature doesn’t work on this menu.” I ask if I can dig my card out and pay at the board, nope gotta take my card and go run it inside. It’s about time to start hiring individuals with manners and pay attention to their job when on the. Lock. And fix the board, or put a note on it, that app doesn’t work.
