I went through the drive through and the service was good. The sandwich was mediocre. It had a ton of lettuce a couple pieces of meat and cheese, 1 tomato and a few pickles upon request. The bread was good and soft but overall the sandwich was not worth the price. I ordered a side chef salad and got a bowl of shredded lettuce, and 4 slices of Roma tomatoes. For 4.50 it’s definitely not worth that price nor would i consider it a salad, a garnish yes. I have heard a lot of recommendations for this place but i was highly disappointed.

This is my go to local sandwich shop! Been going here for years. My regular order is a Deluxe with some Frito Chili Pie and some chocolate chip cookies. The bread is so soft and delicious. The flavors here are so consistent. It has a convenient drive thru for those on the go!

Love the food and it was so amazing!! Was traveling for about half the day and wanted a good sandwich place! The sandwiches are so good and the bread is so soft! The people working there are amazing and so kind! You can tell they work really hard and make sure there customers are taken care of. Super good prices too!!!!!

First time at Neptune Submarine sandwiches last weekend. Everything was fresh and tasty. The bread was so soft and all the meats and cheeses were a great quality. Inside was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions of their favorite subs.

I recently tried a sandwich store with moderate expectations, only to find the experience falling short. While the bread was decent, the sandwiches lacked excitement in flavors and ingredient quality. They didn’t match the type of sandwich shop I’m accustomed to. Overall, the visit left me wanting more from my sandwich experience.

This place used to be my favorite, I just went thru the drive thru and purchased an whole old Italian, to my surprise this sandwich is now 12 dollars and some change, I do understand prices have gone up on everything but if you are going to up the price that much, at least add more meat to it, this is the skippiest sandwich I have ever received from your establishment. There is more cheese and lettuce on this sandwich than meat sm,the bread was not fresh and was very hard and the sandwich was not good at all, nothing like it used to be, the bread here used to be fresh but that was not the case today. The owner god rest his soul would be so embarrassed by this. My family has been going to this establishment since it was on the sw side of penn and 44th. It’s sad to say I will not be back nor my family, I’m sorry but at 12 dollars a sub it’s just simply not worth it anymore.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff and delicious sandwiches at Neptune’s. 🙂 The bread was so soft, fresh and tasty. I would’ve liked a little more meat and vegetables in the sandwich but it was quite good.

Average sandwiches and okay prices but they messed up my sandwich twice. Menu stated the sandwich came with Mayo but it came with miracle whip. I’m not a fan. I went back for a refund for the 3rd time because of the Mayo situation. After staff discussing what to do they said they can make the sandwich with classic Mayo. I didn’t understand this at all. It was a big waste of my time going back several times. My 2 star is only because the new lady at the drive thru was kind and professional.
