Never had problems eating at this Arby’s, but today, the lemonade was empty. Can’t complain about fast food restaurants.

Arby’s roast beef and horsey sauce are delicious and a nice option from other fast food. But at this location, the oil they use for fries seem old, and the overall vibe is grimy. I would head to another Arby’s if available.

Overall the inside is clean, the food is sometimes over cooked and the fries sometimes soggy. Otherwise, it’s an Arby’s about what you can expect from fast food. I’ve definitely had better Arby’s, but this is by far NOT the worst experience I’ve had from one. The employees are unremarkable, but they do their job, and that’s all I can ask for.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave! We ordered sliders for our kids. There were no sliders in the bag. We had to figure something else out for their lunch.

I typically go out of my way to stop at Arby’s when there is one nearby but this is hands down the WORST Arby’s I’ve had in my life.

I’m loving Arby’s “Happy Hour” dollar menu. Sliders? Yes please. Snack shake, ill take two. Nuggets? Boom, done.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Quick service and family friendly. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich meal. Not bad for fast food but not the same as local BBQ spots. The curly fries were fresh hot and seasoned just right. I washed it all down with sweet tea. Tummy filling for under $10. Clean table, seating and restroom.

We ordered the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddar special and a Mocha shake on Sunday, and it was a disappointment. The sandwiches both had buns that were so dry, it felt like we were eating a sponge. The bottom bun completely soaked up the small amount of sweet sauce, yet still managed to stay dry, and the cheese sauce had a powder like feel with a slight bitterness. The roast beef was consistent with what you expect and want from Arby’s. The shake we shared, but didn’t finish (it was a small). The whipped cream was not wanted, and the squeeze of chocolate sauce over it didn’t exactly taste like chocolate. I’m not quite sure what the flavor was supposed to be, but neither of us cared for it.

Just normal overpriced food from another fast food joint.

Upon arrival at the Arby’s drive thru at 6:30 pm, the cashier asked for my order. I told the cashier – i needed a minute because it had been a while since I was last there (2 yrs). I struggled to see the menu because it was dark outside and the menu board had no light. When I asked the cashier a question I could hear sighs of frustration in the cashier’s voice as though having to serve me, a customer was a nuisance. Once at the window, I attempted small talk but it was very unsuccessful based on the response. I have worked in food service before and can recall feeling annoyed when customers came to the restaurant 30 min before closing but… as a matter of professionalism- the customer never knew my negative feelings. Luckily, the food was good, despite the cashier’s attitude. Unfortunately, it will likely be years before I return to Arby’s again. – signed a disappointed customer
