Management needs to check their team. I came in respectfully for a classic chicken plain with just cheese and pickles with mayo. Got my sandwhich it looked fine but it had no pickles with tomatoes on it. No biggie. Just gonna have to ask for another sandwhich. Walk in and the girl was automatically being defensive. Look. I know what I ordered, lady. After she mouthed off to her co workers in spanish they mean mugged me while remaking my sandwhich. Got my sandwhich and it’s missing pickles and obviously purposely overloaded with mayo. The attitude was unnecessary for such a small problem! The ammount of disrespect was messed up. Thanks for ruining my hard earned lunch.

I went to my local bk and the service wasn’t the greatest. I told the people behind the counter about the soap in the ladies restroom only they didn’t seem to want to deal with that. I was only there for half an hour to eat at the most and waited to have that taken care of and they didn’t. The second person I told was way to busy to want acknowledge me when it was pretty dead and there weren’t a lot of people going through the drive through, anyway, but it took a minute to get her attention and then to let her know about that. She said oh yeah we’ll get to it when we get the chance and just didn’t pursue further until I told them it needed to be done. They already had an employee going in to use the restroom and didn’t wash their hands after that. So that’s getting in the food. Seems a lot of unhygienic to me

We visited this location yesterday, Sunday February. It was the worst experience we’ve had at a Burger King! I wanted an original chicken sandwich but they said they were unavailable. I am wondering if they just didn’t want to make one? So I got the crispy one. The crispy chicken sandwich I got was soggy and tasted greasy. I clearly asked for a diet Coke And when she handed it to me told me it was diet and the employee gave me a regular Coke. When I went inside to pour it out and get myself a diet Coke there was no diet Coke available. Most of the sodas in the soda machine were unavailable And the ketchup packets that were thrown out on the counter for people to take we’re dirty. The floors were grungy and the entire dining room was really unappealing and It had not been cleaned in a while! We will definitely not be going back to this location! It was disgusting.

Excellent food! It was hot and correct. I ordered ahead via online ordering. However, the order wasn’t prepared until I asked for it. Thus creating a wait you try to avoid by ordering ahead. They were fairly busy on drive-thru, which I’m sure caused the delay. The facility was clean and well stocked.

I don’t like how pushy they are on upsizing. They phrase it as if medium and large are the only options to push people to upsize. I don’t appreciate these aggressive tactics. Also took unreasonably long to get the food.
