The gentleman at the counter was friendly, funny and sociable as he took our order. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and a gallon of lemonade and sat down. It wasn’t long before somebody else called me up to get the order. He we also polite and friendly. Our order was perfect and we had all that we needed to eat in. Plates, cups, napkins, hand wipes, etc.

I deeply disappointed with my experience at this specific KFC. I go here pretty often for lunch for the Famous Bowl which I highly recommend, but every time I come to this location the service it terrible. First, some workers seem very rude when I order or when I get my food. Also, they always seem to forget to give me my utensils even when I ask. This is very frustrating when I use the drive thru since I would have to go back around to get a utensil. Lastly, beware when asking for extra sauce, because they will charge you for it.

Not only was the staff friendly and kept us updated with the slight wait, they went above and beyond by following up to ensure we were enjoying the food. Plus the cashier, who I didn’t catch his name, was amazing. Above and beyond! Even though I don’t live nearby, I will make sure to stop by when possible.

Obviously, I’m not going to KFC for atmosphere. The great thing is that their chicken always tastes the same and always good. My only wish is that they would work on better pricing for the customer. This is probably a corporate issue, but their profit margin is really high!

I ordered two potato bowls and two mac & cheese bowls and the service person read back the order to me and it was correct and when I got to the window, they didn’t give me a receipt and when I got home and looked through my food, there were only two of the potato bowls, and one of the mac & cheese bowls. I called the store and the first thing they said was let me look for that order. And they searched for it and they didn’t add on one of my mac & cheese bowls and I had told them that he had repeated it back to me and she just said well I’m sorry about that Have a good day. I work as a manager in the food industry too and I know for a fact that is not how you are supposed to respond to your customers I really really did not appreciate how I was treated. this store is very unprofessional. And this isn’t the only time that I have been there other times that I’ve been there. They either didn’t have multiple products and they didn’t care to fix anything about it.

I stopped in to the Meridian KFC on 6/7/2023 after a long day at work about 6:30 p.m. had to wait quite awhile in the drive thru to have my order taken, she apologized and was pleasant. I ordered the k-7 with side of corn and Mac n cheese, and a large mountain dew orange colored drink. It was 15 dollars and some change. I drove home in caldwell, sat down to a show on t.v. and ate the mac n cheese first, very delicious, then I ate the corn, very delicious, then I ate the biscuit, so very delicious. Now is when the disappointment becomes reality, I took my first chicken tender, or should I say, chicken bone dry and put it in the honey mustard sauce, and it was very dry. The last 4 chicken strips very, very tough and rubbery, could barely pull them apart. I had to throw away 4 of them because they were just to rubbery to eat, I’ve been going to KFC since I was a kid and never had chicken this nasty. The flip side is the staff taking the order were terrific, even with the long wait. I looked up what makes chicken strips tough and rubbery and it said it is often because the chicken is over cooked. Anyways, if it wasn’t for all 5 of my chicken strips being nasty, this would have turned into 5 stars all the way across the board. Just letting you know about my experience, I am not the type to expect any thing in return, I’m just hoping this will help for the future. Thanks for listening.

Meridian near WinCo, left without ordering. 15 minutes in line and no one came to help with a line to the door. Several people left. People in lobby said they waited 40 minutes for food. The guy behind the counter running his fingers through his hair and walking around checking food and opening doors. No thanks

I don’t understand how KFC thinks it’s okay to charge 10 dollars for a small bowl of mashed potatoes with like 3 pieces of chicken in it… Blows my mind! You know how many boxes of mashed potatoes and cans of corn and chicken breasts you can buy for ten dollars… Never again will I eat there! Lol the customer service was great and the restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was great…
