This has been my go to Taco Bell since moving into the area a few years ago. Both Dine-In and Drive-Thru experiences have been pleasant. Location has always been clean, inside and outside.

There was a young man at the window. I was very surprised because I came in the wrong way. And he still took my order. I’ll advise it and he said no worries.

The service was terrific, kind ladies who were more than happy to let me pay quickly as I had to use their restroom facilities (which were spotless) also, you’ll need a code for the door. One thing about the food, Taco Bell is the same as it has always been. Never bad tasting and always very reasonably priced. They, like every other fast food restaurant, have fallen prey to our ever changing economy. The overall monetary value of our economy may be continually reaching record levels one year only to surpass that number two years later as inflation and most recently the effects of Covid has resulted in excessive “Corporate greediness” with price gouging taking place at every level on all consumer products and foods have skyrocketed more than most any other product group, commodity, or service. The proportions of their foods has shrunken by at least 50% . There’s a very good tasting new product, Chile Verde Steak Fries. Oops I mean “Steak Chile Verde Fries, or Steak White Hot Ranch Fries. They aren’t to be confused with Steak Fries and Chile Verde sauce with Nachos, cheese, beans and other awesome tasting things like sour cream, asada steak bits and more, which they are all of that except for the Steak Fries. They taste terrific but don’t expect to get a healthy portion of Steak Fries and all the other yummy stuff mentioned above cause you’ll be disappointed like I was when you open your little clamshell box (another item which has shrunk considerably in size, the box that is) to see a handful of Shoestring Fries covered in all of the mouth watering items you ordered. It’s a very simple change in the order of where the words ‘Steak’ and ‘Fries’ are strategically placed in the name , a copyrighted name by the way, “Steak Chile Verde Fries” or “Steak White Hot Fries.” The Shoestring size of the fries, if had dinned in, would have caused me to return the item for a disappointing refund without taking even one bite, but I was at home. I put them to the side seriously contemplating returning them and unwrapped my Burrito Supreme with NO ONIONS! A modification that, had I used the drive-thru, probably wouldn’t have been followed which would have caused me to instantly return to Taco Bell for a full refund on both items. Before unwrapping my Burrito Supreme I thought this little thing looked like they wrapped me a taquito. I was starving and took a bite, it had no onions and seemed to contain all the ingredients in a typical Burrito Supreme only in much smaller proportions. It was Taco Bel goodness only it had more than 50% maybe even 75% less mass than I thought a Burrito Supreme had contained when I last ate one. I followed my first and second to last bite with what shockingly turned out to be my last bite of my, what I’m going to now call, Taco Bell Baby Burrito Supreme. Which, I will admit, tasted Taco Bell terrific, while at the same time I experienced something I can only describe at Taco Bell dissatisfied disappointment. As looked at my Shoestring Chile Verde Fries realizing I no longer had anything left of my mini Burrito Supreme to return for a refund , I grabbed my little plastic fork out of the plastic wrapping that contained it. Throwing caution to the wind, I was able, after several careful pokes into those thin, shoestring thin, fries I took the most healthy sized bite I could get my little fork to muster, without snapping one its flimsy tines, and was pleasantly shocked to taste what most assuredly smacked of that unmistakable Taco Bell terrificness. It took quite a bit more than two bites to finish my “Steak Chile…”, I mean “Shoestring Steak Chile Verde Fries.’ Which surprisingly were good enough to make me forget about returning what I had purchased from Taco Bell demanding that I be given a full refund, mainly because I no longer had anything left to return other than a small sized paper wrapper that had once contained my Mini Burrito Supreme, or was it a Baby Burrito Supreme? Tell me which sounds better? Along with a tiny, yet empty, clamshell type container made of maybe 12lb cardstock.

The staff was very kind and attentive and let me use the restroom with no issues. The food was also good and I especially like that it came in biodegradable containers.

When leaving the drive through I checked the bags . We were missing a burrito.. I ordered online so I know exactly what I ordered.. the lady at the counter tried to argue with my husband that she already made it.. he had to bring the bag in to prove we didn’t have it. Then my husband Opened his chalupa and there was just 2 little spots of meat.. very disappointed

Terrible service and the food was okay. I guess your expectations shouldn’t be too high since you’re going to a Taco Bell.
