The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, our waitress was polite and professional. Food started off delicious with no concerns. We had chips, salsa and a side of beans with cheese to start off. I ordered the Mocahete, my daughter ordered the kids combo (Dino Nuggets, 3 Mozzarella sticks, fries, and quesadilla), and my wife shared the Chicken Beef and Shrimp Fajita plate (Mar y Tierra). Everything was great until I noticed my daughter didn’t eat 2 of her cheese sticks, I asked her if she’s full and she said no it’s just they’re empty. She had bitten off the top of 2 cheese sticks and crumbled one in her quesadilla. Normally I don’t ask for Comp but this was ridiculous, so I asked if there’s anything they can do about this. The main waitress told us when we walked up to pay that it was only one cheese stick that was empty and then looked away, after I had explained to our waitress that it was 2, clearly seen in the pic. I’m not asking for a free meal but if I was the owner or head waiter I would at least Comp the side of beans that we ordered in the beginning that we ate with our tortilla chips. If they would have made some kind of effort to correct this then we would definitely go back again, but this is an example of poor customer service.

I would give a 5 star if portions were a bit bigger. Pricey for regular portions. Delicious seafood though. We dined on a Sunday evening. Almost all tables were occupied. Our meal did take a bit long but I understand that these particular meals do take time. While waiting for your maybe try an appetizer or cocktails. We will definitely try this restaurant again to try other items on the menu.

I came here for mothers day which I knew it was going to be busy but I was fine with it. They said seating was going to be about 15 minutes for 4 adults & a baby which was fine but there was a booth open and they didn’t want to seat us there for whatever reason. We ended up getting seated and got the menus to order, upon seating the host let us know our server should be with us shortly. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes until someone actually came and took our order (which she wasn’t even our sever and took it anyway. The chips and salsa took a while to come out AND our drinks took a while to come out too. ONE of our dishes which was tacos and rice came out BEFORE my sons food which was fries, a quesadilla, & chicken nuggets. After the tacos, came out it was about another 20 minutes that passed by and nothing still came by so we left. We went to the register and one of the ladies were trying to argue with us to justify the long wait & that the food was “coming out right now”, when people that came AFTER us got their items right away. we were there for 2 hours. I don’t care that my food took forever, but I didn’t know fries and chicken nuggets took 2 hours to cook and come out. We ended up taking the nuggets to go and I found a piece of a metal scrubber in there too. I’ve never been so disappointed.

I thought it would be a menu of fish and Mexican, instead it was both mixed together. More seafood than Mexican. What I got was tilapia which tastes kinda nasty, not firm enough, possibly not cooked enough. The beans barely had flavor but were edible. The rice was ok, but mix the rice and beans together with lettuce it’s fine. The kids food was also over cooked and french fries were pretty hard as was the nuggets. never going back.

Place is nice. however the plate i ordered- Cazuelita con Callo de acha was very disappointing. It was all garlic flavor. Plus it was super expensive. Plate was $22, i asked cashier to put some extra pieces in and she charged me 1/2 an order more (+$10) when i heard her tell the cook to put a couple pieces extra. It was not half an order when i got it. I ate the plate but like i said the tast was nothing but garlic. Flavorless. I will never order this or here again.

Food and atmosphere was good. Had music from the television on…..WAY too loud! Service could have been better. Prices are a little too high.

The food is good but unfortunately service is really slow. I can’t imagine how long it will take to get food when they are busy. Today it took about 50 minutes before I got my food. The waitress are not rude at all but they don’t seem to have experience at all, it took them 15 minutes to bring us chips and salsa. They did say they were short staff but this is my second time going there and it was no different from the first visit. Hope they can do something to improve service.
