The food was great! I came around 8pm, so it was unfortunately very busy. The drive thru line was wrapped around the store. I could see people in line for in-store service that had to wait outside as the line there was also long. But the food was great- the noodles tasted fresh and the orange chicken was some of the best I’ve had. Their Coke was alright- it tasted like it didn’t have enough syrup maybe.

The taste of the food was a -1 at best! They don’t allow you to just get the peppers, onions, and gravy/broth. I didn’t want the meat. I told her that and she still piled pounds and pounds of meat on my plate . The service was minimal, they weren’t friendly. The atmosphere was very dry!

One of the best fast food chains in Belton… you can see the effort the staff puts in. One chef on the grill Brian . Dish after dish nonstop. Positive attitude from the staff. Customers grumpy due to the wait but they’re so busy and busting our fresh food every 5 minutes they should be happy that the Panda Team is working so hard. A lot of fast food chains have a long wait without the fresh food. Genuinely impressed. Now I see why there’s always a line!

My husband went to the drive-thru, ordered 2 orders of beef and broccoli and when he got home, he had 1 piece of beef in his order and I had 2 pieces. They were each the size of a penny. I would love to give them less than 1 star but it’s not an option.

Not good at all!! if it was just the first time, I would not say anything I don’t take time to do reviews normally. However, this is amongst the many times I’ve been there that if the food is available the portions are small, and the food is obviously not fresh obviously has been sitting for several hrs. I have only had the problem with this location in Temple. I have had good experiences in Georgetown and Austin. so while here in Temple, don’t waste your time go across the street do you want a burger or for $12 at least you can get a combo meal that’s fresh and includes a drink and like panda express.

Had to wait 20 mins for an online order even though I had confirmation the order was ready. Someone in the back yelled my name and it appears as though my food was sitting there the whole time. The food was pretty soggy so I’m sure that’s what happened. Also, noticed people after me going through the drive thru getting their food before me. I might come back but only if eating inside and max two people. They can’t seem to handle large orders very well.

As I ordered my food, I received friendly service from everyone on the front line. It was marginally busy for a Tuesday. I ordered the only food item I’ve ever eaten, which was plain white rice and teriyaki chicken. Now, my disclaimer is: I’ve only eaten at the restaurant in Copperas Cove. So when I saw the chicken without the burnt grill marks I’m used to seeing and the lack of teriyaki sauce I tend to use for my rice, I was skeptical. Yet, I sat in the corner and ate half of my $16.00 plate of food. I declined soy, duck or additional sauces because my hope was it would taste like what I’m familiar with. The food was lacking teriyaki sauce, so it had no real marinated taste. But the atmosphere and workers made it an awesome place to sit and enjoy taking time to write this review. I won’t be eating here again.

Customer service was great that’s the only reason they get three stars. The food was not worthy of one star. First time EVER being to Panda Express and it’s the last time. Reason 3559373 why I don’t frequently visit corporate or franchises. Lo mein was literally like eating sauce less spaghetti. Absolute no flavoring. Only thing that had flavoring was the pepper steak. Super hero of the dish? The hot mustard I used to make it enjoyable. Good job to the crew there but those higher in command need to enhance the menu. Portions were good. Everything is good but the food. Which really matters in this case….

Wife & I tried the Beyond Orange Chicken & veggie spring rolls. Spring rolls were good. Beyond Orange Chicken was okay, didn’t have a strong taste but adding some teriyaki sauce helped a lot! Would try it again!
