If the owner is in the building it is a good place to eat but if he is not there the food will be wrong and the help is argumentative. Twice I have had trouble when he leaves someone else in charge. The last time the crew got together at another table folding napkins and talked and laughed about us sending back a tamale with square chunks of fat in it.
