Think they may have been a bit busy for a Thursday (June 1st) evening as 90% of the toppings on the Supreme pizza were in a 3 inch diameter circle in the center of the pizza. Was hot and ready in a timely manner for pick up. Pizzas were good even with poorly distributed toppings.

This Papa John’s (like all the rest) is very pricey. I think we paid 16$ for one pizza with 2 toppings. However, the food was good, and, there were no up charges for meat which we encountered recently at another pizza place.

I’ve been getting Papa John’s for years, but recently this store has gone down hill. If there’s one thing that’ll get me to stop eating pizza it’s this place. I ordered well done and as soon as my family and I picked up a slice everything slipped off. The cheese in the crust hardly tasted like it was baked. The garlic knots were so doughy we had to just spit it out. Guess this is my sign to eat healthy now.

Placed an order for 5:30 online. Got an email saying order was confirmed but that it was arriving at 4:50. I called immediately (within 2 mins of placing the order) to tell them I don’t want it till 5:30 and they said they couldn’t change it because my order was somehow already in the oven and they would have to charge me again. I was the manager of a marcos pizza in Tampa for 5 years when i was younger and i never told a customer they needed to do something like this. It’s such an easy fix. Train your staff and stop being lazy when it comes to fixing problems.

After a 4 year break because of poor quality food, we decided to give y’all another chance. Bad decision. We ordered 2 papadias with meatball and pepperoni. Mine had 4 meatball halves and 5 pepperoni on it. Husband’s was not much better.

Horrible service, they said they came to deliver, and no one in the office saw them. I ended up having to pick it up and was told I could only get a credit with their store instead of a refund because she had already completed my order.
