Ordered on door dash. I ordered double chicken, brown rice, pinto, guac, cheese, lettuce. How’s my bowl look? See pics. When I go in person to this location it’s always slow and a bunch of “college bros” just circle jerking behind the counter. Pathetic.

Very disappointed with my 3 barbacoa soft tacos for $11.36 – as you can see in the picture, there literally was probably a 1/4 cup of meat between the 3 of them, 2 bites per taco. Why is this even a thing? I mean compare that to their burritos!

Effective location. A good in and out structure. The line went swiftly. Crew works fast and makes sure your order is correct. Parking is a bit of a hassle due to the location sharing it with other popular businesses. My meal was fresh and hot, ingredients weren’t old. I am curious on how a long line forms with such a small entry way. It seems the line has to go out of the door or across into the dining room which would be interesting to see.

Disappointing. I love chipotle, and I love Chanhassen, but this chain brings down the brand of both. Whenever I go there it’s messy, the workers are scrambling, they are always missing an item or two that I want, and their flavor is just not as good as other chains. I have tried to look past it and go a few times, but truly not worth it any more. Even though I live down the road I am going to start going to the other ones nearby.

Completely dissatisfied with my time here. I came here at around 11am for my lunch break (keep in mind i only have 30min before i have to go back on the clock) and it was atrocious. I waited for 25min for a pickup order I had placed 15-20min before I came to the store and didn’t even have time to get a bite in. Not only that, they also forgot my side of guac which was disappointing. Never stepping foot in the place again. The workers didn’t even have any sympathy as they looked up at me occasionally just standing there waiting and even after I got my food.

The service wasn’t great (no one looked to be happy to be there or said a word to us except to take our order and tell us how much the order cost), and the place was filthy. The counter where the completed orders were waiting to be paid for had a lot of food on it, and every single table was dirty. The cashier who was leaning against the counter with his back toward customers could have easily been wiping the counter and tables between customers.

I have been to this location so many times and I cross my fingers before entering… Always dirty, service is mediocre, and they never have roasted peppers. The only thing saving this store is it’s lack of other Chipotle’s near by…. There are good workers, you you need more staff to make the store run properly.
