Only did carryout because the website was being glitchy, I didn’t have cash to pay for delivery and nobody would answer the phone for me to be able to order and pay with my card. It took 3 people for me to pay. Once they figured it out, the original person that was at the counter just stared at me until the customer behind me said something about wanting to pay so he could leave and she snapped at me that my good wasn’t ready yet. When it was ready the employee set everything on the counter, called my name and started to walk off, no offer of peppers, cheese, or even a cup for my 2 liter. I said “excuse me, I ordered extra sauces” and she just said “yep, in there” and pushed the boxes closer to me and walked away. I made sure to check my order in the parking lot before I left. The pizza and cheese sticks were good, thankfully, but the sauce on the wings was absolutely rancid. Honestly, breaks my heart because I’ve been coming to this pizza hut for nearly 20 years but I doubt I’ll ever visit this location again.

Terrible service manager is rude and could care less about customers, definitely contacting corporate about them!! They also alllw their drivers to speed 70+mph through town which is 25-35mph max! And absolutely refuse to answer the phone or accept a complaint about it!

Delivery was quick at the end of the night and they were courteous. But I paid for a two topping and only got one. Next time that will be the delivery guy’s tip or I may have to send it back. Seems all pizza huts are notorious for, “forgetting”.

Great customer service and food… Besides let’s be honest there are not too many red roof huts left anymore as a matter of fact I I haven’t seen a Red roof since I was probably 9 years old living in Utah up until 2 years ago and I’m 40 now so it’s been a while it was a great experience

Been here many times, and I have to say, the quality has been going downhill over the past few years. The lunch crew is always on top of things, and my food is always ready when I arrive (I order online). However, the dinner crew consistently messes up, forgets things from your order, and generally does a poor job.

I understand no one is proud or going to brag about working at Pizza Hut, but at least have a little pride in serving your customers. You may not like the job, but don’t make your customers suffer. Just quit. If you aren’t happy working there, then quit. Don’t take your bad attitude out on the customer. Just quit. If you’re gonna work there, then don’t be a negative person making other people unhappy to go to your restaurant.
