The best pizza in Topeka you don’t have to worry about your food being cold by the time that you get back home to eat. You turn on your oven then put your food in like the instructions say it’s pretty simple. I just wish that they sold chicken wings because I would be buying them all the time. Otherwise service is great and the place is very clean .

Night before thanksgiving, first time going to this store usually go to the one on gage. I was very disappointed! Ordered four pizzas. Something was not right with the dough. The pizzas stuck to their pans. We also ordered three salads, (2 club, 1 Mediterranean) the med had the lettuce core in it! This was a really bad experience. You also have some snotty little brats working here that like to make comments and peoples hair and such. Seriously????? Will never buy from here again!!!

Have been getting pizza here for a long time, but was very displeased tonight. Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni at approximately 7:00PM, was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Great! Arrived at the store at 7:30, and my pizza was not ready. I waited about 5 minutes before even being addressed in the store, and another 10 waiting for my pizza to be made. I was informed (not asked) that I was upgraded to the family size since “I could do it faster this way” even though a family size doesn’t cook properly in my oven, leaving more hassle for me to deal with later. I just took the pizza and left, since I wasn’t going to wait 15 minutes for another one. Extremely dissatisfied. This store has gone downhill fast over the past year or two. I used to love going and getting pizza here, lately it’s become a chore. 2 stars since the pizza is okay, the service is just terrible.

The people here are so friendly and sweet. They got our pizzas out in a timely fashion. And the whole time they seemed happy to serve us. Cassaday was on register and did a wonderful job of explaining certain pizzas and different sales going on in the store. Madison made our pizzas very quick and they were delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more

Not sure what this location is doing wrong with their thin crust. It’s definitely them not making the dough properly, as I’ve had pizza from papa murphys for years, and even worked there when I was younger and never had this issue. I LOVED their thin crust so I’m not sure how they’re screwing this up. The last few times I’ve gotten thin crust pizza here will not cook right. It’s always under cooked and soft in the middle. I even remove the pizza from the baking tray at around 10-12 minutes to help the crust get crispier, but even that doesn’t do the trick. Had to cook the pizza over 20 minutes just to get the edge done, and the center still falls limp. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite places to get pizza.

Loved it, normal Tuesday special, $10 for any large. Love that I get it fresh, hot out of the oven. Has become normal for me and my daughter, twice a month is pizza night, and Papa Murphy’s has the best quality around, better than the delivery places.

Never had a problem with this place, until tonight. I placed an online order. Wife picked it up and brought it home. I noticed a part of the order was missing. I called the store to see if they could just credit back the amount of the missing item. I was told no, but I could drive the 20 miles back to get it. I was also told it was my fault we didn’t get it because my wife didn’t ask for it. Even though it was very clearly bought and paid for. The guy on the phone claimed to be a manager, but sounded like a mentally challenged toddler. I have filed a complaint with corporate and also intend to speak with a real manager.The one I talked to refused to give me the number for corporate office, and was very rude about it.

Pizza was not made with ingredients as advertised. After taking my time to call and talk to the manager within 48 hours, was told that they wouldn’t correct the problem even if the receipt was brought in. Offered 50% off next pizza, but that was after being told how people scam to get a free pizza (not the intent). How much money would a company lose to make the product right and the customer happy? They lost my business permanently.
