I grew up with my mom working at this location for many years! I moved out of Nebraska and came back to visit and decided to stop by here. 10+ years later It’s just as good as when my mom used to buy us food and bring it to the house for me and my siblings!! Hands down the best taco inn in the area!! Very clean and always gives off “home made” flavor!! Brought back so many memories!! Full in my heart and my stomach!

Post-COVID — and Taco Inn seems to be struggling to come back. Got rid of the free chips and salsa in the early evening; sack your meal up like you are a to-go order instead of putting your order on a tray for dine-in. Prices went up, but the overall value and service went down.

Taco Inn never changes, which is a good thing. We come here because my wife learned to love it when she came to UN-L from western Nebraska back in the 70s. It defined fast food Mexican for her. The food us good. The service is always great.

My first time to a Taco Inn. It was very good; the employees were nice, the service was quick and they were busy. I loved the the flour chips for theDeluxe Nachos! And if that all wasn’t good enough; the prices are very reasonable! I believe they are pretty much better than either of the national chains with “Taco” in their name.
