I hate to leave such a harsh review, but the food was not good. I ordered the chicken pad Thai- and it just was underwhelming and the chicken was over cooked, and the sauce was lame. The flavor was lacking and the sauce was giving color to the noodles but no taste. And they didn’t give me any spicy when I ordered it with three stars/medium heat. The chicken fried egg rolls were crispy but again no flavor, and very minimal filling inside. They were not worth it. And the mango sticky rice was lacking too, and the sauce on the side is gross. It was so sad because I wanted to love this place and give a nice review. But the food was just not good.

I’ve ordered take out from Thian Thai multiple times since we moved to Bonney Lake and every single time I order, I hope the food they serve will be better but it never is. The past orders we’ve had were bland and dry. Their Pad Thai dish is sub par..either the noodles are over cooked or the whole dish is dry. Today I ordered their “Chef’s Special” crispy chicken and it was terrible. The chicken was not crispy, it was stale and difficult to chew. Me and my husband’s jaw hurt from chewing it. Their papaya salad had no flavor at all and had a huge chunk of raw lettuce. Why wasn’t it sliced?? It had romaine lettuce but some pieces were cut and some huge pieces were left unsliced. I didn’t understand the presentation at all. I threw away both dishes without finishing them. Just overall disappointing and never ordering from them again.

Always good service here. The chicken was a little rubbery. The pad noodles were lukewarm. The peanut sauce and spiciness was perfect. The soup was okay… leftover veggies and tofu. Spring rolls were piping hot and delicious. This has been our go-to Thai restaurant for over a decade. We recommend it.

I never expected to find the best Thai food in the little town of Bonney Lake. This far exceeds any Thai food I have had yet in Seattle. Their menu is more varied than your typical Thai food menu, featuring even whole fish and duck. We bring out-of-towners here all the time for an impressive dinner. The space is small, with only 8-10 tables, but we’ve never had to wait too long for a seat. They have an open kitchen so you can see the small back-of-kitchen staff working hard on your orders. The hostesses in the front are super friendly and welcoming. Portions are huge, everything is served beautifully and piping hot, and you can even ask for their spicy condiments tray to fine tune the spice level to your liking. Be careful though because they don’t mess around with those spices! Highly recommend anything on their menu. I believe they also have a lunch menu which I need to come try some time.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant! I live in Delaware, and came all the way across the country to try my favorite dish, Tofu eggplant (mildly spicy). It is not only delicious, but healthy. Since I’ve been here for the last 3 nights, I’ve eaten there every night. I actually crave this dish back home in Delaware. There are only a couple Thai restaurants in Vegas that are as good as this place. Keep up the excellent work!!

I’ve had terrible service here for the last time. I ordered food and they hung up very quickly but said it would be ready in 40 minutes. When I got there they said they didn’t have my order (after waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes) they then took my order and said it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I said not acceptable then they had me check my phone to see what number I called and I confirmed and showed them… still told me to pull over and it would be an hour. Wow! Their mistake but still rude and said it was my fault.
