The food was terrible the beef tasted horrible like it was old AND AS IF IT WAS COOKED IN OLD OIL OR SOMETHING. they advertised margaritas and beer on their windows and signs inside yet stopped their alcohol license but still advertise it. Their prices were outrageous for what we received, the shells were overcooked, my fish taco had like a tailbone and spine in it barely any edible fish. The owner owns the liquor store next door but stopped his license at the restaurant. We won’t be returning. EVER!

Good authentic Mexican good! The tacos could be a little more flavorful! But everything else is great! (Shouldn’t charge extra for cheese). $23 for 2 lunch specials and some chips and cheese and 2 tacos on the side. Not that bad! And food is made fresh. Also make sure you check your order for accuracy before leaving or they can’t do anything for you if it’s wrong.

I order the California burrito I get this usually 2 times a month it’s my absolute favorite well today it was the worst thing hardly no meat in it my burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly it took over 40 mins to get to me and just everything about todays visit was very poorly there was literally 11 of us in there and the girl just couldn’t keep up I do it for a living and that was just straight up bad I’ve never been so disappointed with a place in all the areas like todays visit to Maria Mia’s so uncalled for. There were other tables there as well who didn’t seem happy.

This place makes Taco Bell look like a 4 star restaurant. When I called to place my order, they didn’t even answer the phone like it was a business, just a standard hello. I wasn’t sure I was calling the right number. The guy taking the order was nice but that was the only good thing I experienced. The steak is overly seasoned, super fatty and extremely chewy, my dog couldn’t even chew it. The sour cream – if you can call it that – is basically just a small container of 2% milk. The rice had a weird taste and the guacamole salad, look at the photo in the review; the white stuff is the “sour cream”.

Just got takeout from here and the entire experience was bad. I called ahead and was told 10-15 minutes. The restaurant is hot and smells like burnt oil which should’ve been my first clue to just leave. 45 minutes after calling in the order I was finally leaving with the food. We ordered two dinners with pork tamales, rice and beans, and one cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla was not the worst thing I’ve ever had. Cheese and a steamed tortilla? They could step it up by grilling it. The dinners were inedible though. The pork in the tamales tasted perfumey? I don’t even know how else to describe it. The rice was bad, poorly seasoned. But the worst was the beans. They were completely unseasoned and almost tasted like cigarettes smell if that makes sense. The entire meal went in the trash and I know if my bisabuela was alive she’d be judging me for not just making my own and judging them for charging money for this garbage. Avoid at all costs.

First time we went here we thought this would be our new favorite local Mexican restaurant. Tortilla chips were hot and fresh and had the best seasoning on them, they were absolutely exquisite we couldn’t stop eating them!

First time trying the place. Went inside to place takeout order. The lady taking the order was very nice. the wait time was around 15 mins. Ordered a few different tacos, a tamale and chirzo with eggs. Place smelled of spices and burnt grease, kinda smokey inside as well. Food was Mids!!! Tamale had a good flavor, just not enough meat inside. Queso was tasty, not to salty with a kick at the end. Ordered the beef tacos, some medium, and some hard. Beef was bland and lacked flavor, no salt either. Wouldn’t order them again. The chorizo was better. Overall, decent place. Will go back to try other things in the future. Food is a bit pricey for the flavor!!!! Customer service was awesome, and the main reason to return, to try again.

The food was not good. Had to go back for my chips I ordered. The 5 layer dip I ordered was all mixed up. Tacos were too hard if shells. It was a mess. I’ve been there many times and had great food. I will go again maybe an off day.
