The manager who took my order was very rude and made me wait to order while he was teaching his employee about an order with another counter open where he could have placed my order at any time. Then he did not clearly get my order and he ended up not placing vegetables in my order which I needed. He was not even looking at me but talking to his employee the whole time; very arrogant and rude!!! Then, the miso soup is half what it usually is at other waba grills and the ribeye is dry and burned! See pictures. Yuck. I returned everything. Hopefully, he did not keep my money. We will see! Will update!

horrible customer service, girls answers with attitude ,didn’t give me a receipt so i didnt even know my order was ready till i asked, she had it sitting there for 10 minutes, and shis all on her phone talking like shis not even working. also super dirty

All the employees were rude, the clerk rushed me and the store was very dirty. Trash on the ground and sauce spilled on the counters with hair!! The pictures were taken after an employee “cleaned up” the area.

not the one to leave reviews but walking in girl was bent over the counter on facetime unbothered didn’t even greet once she was done with her phone call to attend me i asked her for a chicken bowl with veggies and corrects me with attitude “so chicken veggie bowl” as i’m giving her my money to pay she just has this nasty attitude face on her the receipt shows the name under aracely. she really needs some work on her customer service and fake it until customers are gone be discreet in how much you hate working there. smh

I had the Waba bowl with green onions and avacado. Nobody else serves this dish that I know of and it is very good, and easy to eat and healthy. And I came in right before closing and was still greeted and served without being rushed, thank you.

Im not usually one to write reviews and complain but I have to write this review. My friend and I went in to get something to eat, when we walked in we weren’t greeted, instead we were greeted with ugly stares. The employees were being loud and rude. Especially the blonde lady who was ringing us up, she was being so unprofessional and rude. I asked her a simple question and she sighed and pointed to the menu. Some of the chefs weren’t even wearing mask? Which was confusing due to the fact that there is a face mask required sign outside the store. I wont be coming back to this location again :/
