It was a really cool place to check out in. I had the short rib Philly mac and it was really good. The food was ready fast and it was nice and warm. They prepare it right in front of you so you can add additional ingredients if you like. The bonus is kids love this place. What kids are not going to devour a delicious grilled cheese or some mac. Definitely recommend.

For our first time going to this restaurant it was actually really good. It reminds me of a cross between Chipotle and Subway because of the look of the interior of the place and the way the line is set up just like subway they build your mac and cheese meal exactly how you want.

This was one of the Absolute worst food experiences we have ever had! We were so incredibly disappointed! The portions were insanely small. The kids Mac and cheese is smaller than my Palm and I am only a 5′ 3 woman so my palms are not very big. I’ve attached a photo but it’s barely 2 layers of noodles. The grilled cheese was 2 pieces of toast with cheese melted on them placed on top of each other. It is the absolute cheapest bread that they are using. The sandwich had hardly any flavor. My tater tot loving kids took one bite and did not want anymore… Which isn’t necessarily bad Because I suppose there was maybe only 6 or 7 tater tots. We basically threw away almost the entire meal. Don’t let the name fool you or the cute decorations. The food itself, and additionally the service, is very poor!

12/28/22- Somewhat similar in price and size to Noodles and Company, which means over priced for what you get. I still gave it 3 stars or an average score because it tasted OK and you can build your own. The base cheese sauce is also bland.

Great concept with Mac N Cheese. We ❤️ loved this place. The options available in vegetarian meals is amazing. They even have vegan options. We are definitely coming back here again. Everyone should definitely try the food here.

This place really tacked on the fees. I got the classic Mac with broccoli. 30 dollars for super diluted watery cheese and broccoli. Noodles nowhere to be found. Idk how someone can screw up mac and cheese. I see good ratings. I believe them. But what the heck is this?

I Heart Mac & Cheese is a unique food option for the area and a great addition to the food scene. They do well at the fast casual food experience. The staff is mostly high school age. Would definitely recommend the Best of Both Worlds (add jalepeños).
