I waited 5 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order, was asked at the ordering screen to wait “just a second” which lasted another 5 minutes, and waited a final 5 minutes for the car in front of me at the window. It’s fast food people. Fast and got when you need it. I got the original chicken sandwich. They where a little heavy on the mayo but again its fast food. I was surprised at the line at 10:30pm. I guess it’s one of the only fast food restaurants on 59 in West Chicago that stays open late. The line went pretty fast I thought it would take forever, but burger king has there staffing on point for the heavy traffic they get late at night.

Drinks were wrong, sandwiches were done wrong, fries barely cooked. This was an awful experience. Of course they fixed it for us, but thats because I know better than to leave the parking lot without checking. Usually 1 or 2 things wrong. If you can’t make a plain double cheeseburger, cook fries till they are done, how are you going to get $15 an hr?? Better question, why??

Service I had this morning was comically bad. Went thru the drive thru, only one car in line and had to wait 5 minutes before they responded. Then they asked me 6 times what sandwiches I wanted. I pull up to the window, wait another 5-6 minutes, then they ask me what I ordered, AGAIN. Then, to top off the visit, they got one of the sandwiches I wrong. It was one of those visits where you just laugh at how horrible the staff is.
