Very cool place. I absolutely love Vietnamese fried egg rolls and this one didn’t disappoint. We just wanted snacks so hubby got wings and fries. It was pretty tasty too. Love the cool sea themed decor and dining area was very clean. Service was nice. Forgot to take pics

Finally….A great place for some real traditional and delicious Mi Quang! There aren’t many places that serve this dish so it was a real treat at Shabang. My family and I went to Shabang for their grand opening on Saturday January 4th. Walking in, the atmosphere was laid back and comfortable, very inviting. The murals with the ocean scenery was very unique and beautiful. The staff and servers were all very friendly and helpful. They just opened so yes, service isn’t perfect but they’re working hard to fix the kinks. Service was fast though. Restrooms were nice and clean. My husband ordered the Com Chien Bo Luc Lac and seafood gumbo. He loved it! Great portions of delicious foods. I ordered the Mi Quang Tom Thit and fried catfish platter to go. The Mi Quang was my favorite!

Waited about 15 minutes before my order was taken. I asked for a pound of crawfish and they said the minimum order is two pounds. It’s only 50 cents cheaper than the average price per pound and I only wanted to try the crawfish not have a meal. So I ordered 6 hot butter buffalo wings and a beer instead. I got a Modelo, which was bottled and I prefer canned but whatever, with the $1 michelada addition.

The food was okay barely edible. Shrimp was a bit fishy and bland. Fried rice bland too. The staff member at the front didn’t speak English well it made it difficult to place the order. Payment was double charged too due to her not knowing how to checkout. Probably will not return.

I have been eating from this place for a couple of years now. I’ve loved their food until today… my gumbo and fried wings came to me spoiled. I’m a food connoisseur so I know when something tastes off, especially if its the same items I always order. Highly disappointed that they would serve spoiled food and I will never come back.
