Operations at this branch are a joke. Sat down, ordered, ten minutes later than place fills up. We ordered before the folks arrived, they we almost finished eating when the server came and asked what kind of crust is wanted. Either she forgot to put out order in, or someone ordered for everyone before most had gotten there. Either way. That’s mismanaged garbage. Yall tried to push out then bigger table a 1st, ( wich is backwards for anyone who knows how to run a kitchen ) , or its on the server! I lost over an hour of my evening. And they made a wage for wasting my time!!

Wife and I were at Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. The workers were all very cordial, made sure we had a salad, if we wanted one, and kept our table cleared of used dishes. The pasta, breadsticks, salad, and pizza were all very good. They kept plenty of different pizzas on the buffet, and kept the area clean. Overall, hot delicious pizza and other gods, along with the courteous workers. I highly recommend Derr Rd Pizza Hut and will definitely return. GOOD JOB YO ALL WORKERS!!

Will never use the app again. When I placed the order it said it would be ready in 30 minutes or less. After I placed the order, it said 50 minutes. Then I received a text saying my delivery would be delivered by door dash approximately 90 minutes from the time I placed the order. Super disappointed. We live 10 minutes away, I could have picked it up, yet they charged me a $5 delivery fee plus tip. Will never purchase Pizza Hut again. Food isn’t worth it.

Pizza hut is complete trash when it comes to customer service… placed an order on 6/3/23 using their app at 8:29pm and after realizine is waited for over an hour for mine and my daughters food decided to call the store and got connected to a call center that informed me that my order has been canceled, but no reason as to why and that the location was closed by 10:45pm. After calling the number and talking to 4 call center workers, not the employees of the location, still no answers as to why my order was canceled and was told they couldn’t help me aside from connecting me to the closed store that placed my order

Just making an order at this place I felt really unappreciated, if the job is that stressful we have to find a different occupation. I been in retail and customer service for almost twenty years and 12 of those in a supervisor/management (entry level up to upper management). I felt treated as unworthy to make a purchase. Please look into this to whom this may concern not for my sake but for the next guest.

After moving out of the area years ago my wife, daughter & I dined here in August of 2018. I’m VERY happy to still see a sit-down Pizza Hut!! The service was great and the food came out hot and fresh. -1 star for the pan pizza crust tasting different than what we remembered. Otherwise, we will be back here next time in town.
