So I just want to say our 1st experience was great , this time not so much . When you spend $50 for food you want it right, out of 3 only 1 was right . I don’t know if they are being over worked or what but it sucks getting home and your sandwich is not right or your chips.

I have never had a bad experience with any location of Jimmy John’s. This includes dine-in or carry out. I have recently been using their app to pre-order my sandwiches and they are ready when you requested. They don’t wait until you get to the restaurant to process your order. Fantastic sandwiches.

It’s good, fast, and affordable. The restaurant is clean and service is perfectly fine. What more could you ask for in a sandwich shop? Actually I can think of one thing: the bathroom sink was low pressure. That’s really all I have to complain about!

They never make my sandwich correct. Everytime i go here I order the #11. I always ask them to add Dijon mustard because it doesn’t come with that. I don’t know why but they never add it to my sandwich. My recipet will say add Dijon but they just never actually put it on my sandwich. I have came to this JJ about 5 times since they opened and I think 1 out of 5 times they actually added the mustard….. I don’t know why it’s so had to put mustard on the sandwich

My order was correct and the food was good. I was the only customer in the building and it still took nearly 5 minutes just to place the order, but to be fair it looked like they were working on delivery orders so that might’ve had something to do with it. Cashier noticed I was there and reassured a couple times that they’d get to me.

My wife went here and ordered 4 sandwiches which were very good and is why I gave 3 stars however the service from the cashier sucked! She had to ask the cashier how she was doing with no reply. Come on Jimmy John’s train your folks in customer service!
