First of all they need to staple the bags or use some type of a receipt tape-to-tape the bag shut I don’t like getting my food with open bags, I don’t know if anyone would have opened it spit in it put hair in it. Second I was looking at the pictures of the chicken sandwiches and they definitely did not look like that those are nice and fresh mine it came nasty flat small and it hurt my throat when I try to swallow. Lady handling window was rude and when I asked for the extra crispy chicken she said they didnt have any so I asked what the wait was. She then said 20 minutes but then changed her response to it coming up now. I was afraid she was going to do something to the food, so I cancelled my order.

I’ve never seen a KFC so clean!! We had to wait a bit for our chicken nuggets, which means they were fresh and had time to study the area. Counters, floors, even under the cook area was really clean. I’ll buy from this location again!

If I could rate this place less I would. I usually order from them through DoorDash. Every time I do my order is either canceled because they closed early (even though they accepted my order) or the dasher tells me they can’t make my order because they are out of everything I ordered. Which would be pretty much everything on the menu since I get a famous bowl combo with a Pepsi and a side of coleslaw. The employees here are just lazy. I will be reporting this store to corporate and the BBB as the issues here are so bad.

This location needs to be shut down!! They can’t ever get an order right or if they have chicken at all!!! I ordered a 2 pc no biscuit no drink. Got home and had no mashed potatoes, plus it cost more!!! Hire competent people or shut this down!! Plus you call and complain, they always say they can’t hear you over the phone!!

Came here on a Saturday night @7:45p. Drivethru. Was greeted weirdly, no issue, kid staff making noises, no issue, heard something about a birthday, said happy birthday! Tried to order, then kid staff started trying to mess with my pregnant wife. Decided to go elsewhere. Was told, “I’m offended.” Been a long time since I been here. Will be a longer time before I go back. Love jokes, will not give money to people being jerks. Unprofessional to the max.
