Customer service aside the wings are actually quite good. I was a bit iffy after reading some of the reviews but took a chance. I had the spicy seasoned wings with seasoned fries and I must say that the spicy seasoning reminded me of the Louisiana Rub at Wing Stop but so so so much better! My daughter had the lemon pepper wings which were ok (a bit basic) and the fried okra. She wasn’t a fan of the over seasoning of the okra but we both agreed that the okra was pretty good! If you get the fried okra just tell them light on the seasoning. The place itself is a bit dated on the inside but very clean. Nice atmosphere. I will probably visit this place again if I’m in the area.

The wings were very delicious . The lady at the counter was exceptional with a friendly smile and great customer service. While i didnt care for their ranch dressing, I used my own and BAM!!! everything was delicious

When i found out about Da sauce a couple years ago, i was hooked. But i stopped going because they never answer the phone. I get small business places are short staff but there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism in that place.

They just lost a loyal customer. I have been ordering food from here for at least 5 years shopping once a week. I attempted to place a call in order at 7:20pm the lady took my order then call back and tell me to come in place the order then when I get there at 740 pm was told they can’t take anymore orders. Keep in mind this establishment doesn’t close until 8 pm. They have signs and their voicemail states call in orders stop at 730 pm. When you try to support small business this is why we can’t.

First and foremost. Y’all need to have a talk with the lady who answers the phone. I know it’s a family business but somebody should look at it from a professional stand point and have someone with better customer service answer. Only reason y’all got 3 stars is because I like how y’all cook the wings and the quality of it. But I’ve been going here 2 years now and ever since I started going up until now. She’s still the exact same way. She needs to reevaluate herself because I would NEVER hire anybody like that for my business because she’s detrimental to it. Just terrible

Customer service was not pleasant at all. Per rep online menu was down so as I had ask questions regarding the menu she proceeds to speaks over me so I just disconnected the call. So I never had the opportunity to taste the food – couldn’t get pass the doorkeeper.

Black businesses complain no one supports them as a black person I can say this business lost a first time customer because they did not have any service no quality. Memphis needs to do better and they won’t until we expect better!
