I was thinking 5 stars, but the family said just 4. Good burgers and both “secret sauces” were great. Crispy sweet potato fries. We split one order in half. Just wish there was more cheese and bacon on the cheese fries. I little pricey too.

I really was hoping to like this place with all the positive reviews, however this was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. We had 6 burgers, and every last one of them were burnt even my kids would not eat it. Also there was absolutely no flavor/seasoning on the burger patties. For the price of the burgers I was expecting a whole lot better. Very disappointing.

The area around the restaurant is kind of dirty, but the inside of the place is pretty clean. You have to use a kiosk to place your order. This was easy, I just like to be helped through a menu, especially if it’s my first time in. Made my order, got my own cup, and waited for my food. I had the Western Burger and Cheese fries. The burger was good but disappointed with the cheese fries. Fries were good but just had melted squeeze out of a box cheese. Not melted cheddar or even chives or bacon liked the picture showed. It’s not a bad burger, just not worth the 20 bucks I paid.

Placed order online around 5pm on May 22 2023. Arrived with my family to pick up my order soon after. The order was around $45 for 4 burgers. The place was completely empty. Finally saw one guy in the back and he disappeared quickly. No hello, how are you, or can I help you with anything. Saw a sign that said pick up order and it was empty. Thought my order wasn’t ready yet. Waited 35 minutes and still nothing. Finally went up to find out what was going on, as the guy was on his phone the entire time. Turns out that he completed my order a long time ago and kept it in the back. Never said anything to me, or my family and never even apologized for the long wait. Needless to say, the burgers were cold and the beef burgers was really dry. Here is a picture of my chicken burger. Not worth it. ZERO customer service and bad quality burgers. This was my second visit to this establishment. If you want cold, tasteless burgers, then come here. Very disappointed.

This was another place on my list, the food was delicious everything that they gave us was amazing, we had the Hot Cheeto chicken sandwich soooooo good, so was the traditional burger, you order from a kiosk and then they call your name from a pick up window, they have outdoor seating and the inside was spacious, no to many people here but I really enjoyed the food.

Honestly, at first I wasn’t sure about this Rez Burgers because it had no customers. But, after a short wait, me and my wife got a Traditional and Western burger. They were both amazing, very big and juicy burgers. The flavor on my Western burger was absolutely amazing! I can’t believe they don’t have people lined up to buy these delicious burgers!

We were greeted by the person who runs this location, he was very friendly. The location is clean and spacious. We loved our burgers. We got the signature and the western with regular cheese fries and cheetos cheese fries. It was all delicious. The burger had a soft fluffy bun that was slightly sweet, the patty was cooked perfectly, and the fries had the perfect ratio of toppings to fries. We will be back very soon.
