Excited to try Cousin’s Subs. Traveling and thought we would stop in and get lunch.the girl taking orders seemed “zoned out” or distracted. She couldn’t find cups for our drinks then asked the kid cooking who snapped at her “we don’t have any then” our order was brought to us by to employees who just stared at us holding the trays. We had no idea what the sandwiches were to claim them, only to discover my husband’s sandwich was wrong. It was made correctly for him. My chicken philly had few vegetables and little chicken. The vegetables were not cooked. No real flavor. My daughter got a Turkey sub which she described as bland. We were disappointed. Think we will stick to our Jersey Mike’s

Ordered curbside, went to pick it up roughly 15 mins later. After sitting outside with groceries in my truck that could melt or unthaw for almost 10 mins, and seeing other people show up and then walk out with their food that wasn’t pre-ordered I went to do their job on my own. Turns out these bums hadn’t even dropped my curds yet or made my sub, which was a cold sub by the way. To note, 1 customer in store and 5 employees working, all younger. If you’re going to offer a service then provide said service. Either that or hire older employees that have an actual work ethic to do the job. I have another recent experience with cousins that will keep me from going here for a long time. All about customer service. With pig next door, I will just go and buy me a deli sub if I have a hankering for a sandwich. Say goodbye to a loyal customer, I’m now a former fan of this chain

Food was good, just not happy that the door bell rang and in the 5 seconds it took to answer the door the food was laying on the ground and the delivery person was already in there car ready to take off! I really don’t want my food laying on the ground!!!

Good food but the workers are always messing around when I go there. Went there with a curbside pickup and waited a while and I could see them messing around inside so I called in and I was told they “forgot about my order” so I had to wait longer. They were decent about it and decently friendly though.

Ordered at 1041 am, given delivery time of 1107. App stated order was complete at 1130, called location at 1150 and advised I still have not received my order, was advised the driver would be here on minutes, called back at 1215 was hold they had a huge corporation order of $400, that its was taking the driver longer as she was not able to find them. I understand this but it does not make another order less important, food was cold when delivered, driver apologized. No one called to let me know. I will wait to hear from the manager, they are too call me after lunch.
