I’m so glad my sister knew they’re so close to the hospital. Having dad in the ICU, it was nice to just walk outside and take a breather, we had missed the hospital lunch, kinda glad we did. BK has the 2 for $12.00 plus I got a side of onion rings. Everything was amazing. And the crew were attentive to everything made fast. With a smile. Nowadays you don’t really get that. But especially when you’re dealing with a sick family member it’s nice to get a smile. Being in customer service for over 36 years and hospitality for 32 of those years. I can say awesome. Now please to all the customers understand something they are also next to a downtown area where you will have people who live out there, come in get food cause either they’re coming out of the hospital or get money panhandling, we came in contact with that. So the smell could be strong at the moment. Don’t let that mess up your experience. Matter of fact watching them being treated kindly should tell you everything about the staff.

My wife and I offer from here at least once a week. No issues at all. Today my wife picked up a loaded burrito and sausage croissant, plus two orders of hash tots. Brought then home. I took two bites and it tasted way off. My daughter took one bite from the croissant and said it tasted bad. 3 minutes later my daughter threw up all over her sandwich and I literally ran to the restroom. We both got sick instantly. My wife returned to the store and told the manager what had happened. She showed him my burrito but then proceeded to ask about the sandwich. My wife explained to him that our daughter threw up all over it. The make manager then said all he would do is refund $4 because she didn’t bring back the drinks or the hash tots… Completely unacceptable and rude to her. He then proceeded to talk bad about her in Spanish to the staff, not knowing she knows the language. This shift manager has no place being a shift manager at all. My wife and I both work in the service industry and have for the past 23 years. Protocol for any establishment is to meet the customers need and fix the issue asap. This did not happen at all. We frequented there as stated a few times a week for years. Due to this past experience we will no longer go. And the fact that we live only 4 blocks away as well.. Please resolve the issue and appointment only qualified employees to management. Thank you

Tried the Impossible Whopper and it was really good! I even liked it better than the regular one. Fries were great and same can be said about the nuggets. The only bad part was the lady cashier… Really bad attitude. Also, some homeless people at night can make you feel uneasy in there.

Ordered two whopper combos and this is what I got for $16 dollars. They didn’t even to bother to put cheese, I had to put cheese myself. They also burnt the meat to the point all I could taste is charcoal. No pickles no lettuce. What the hell kind of service is this? I also called to get order replaced, but apparently they are not taking any calls. The franchise needs to send someone to go check on how things are being done.

Came here to get breakfast asked for two sausage croissant sandwiches. Got no meat and an old sandwich. Coffee was cold overall really old food and terrible service. Attempted to call to speak to a manager but the line said there was no one to take my call.

This is one of my favorite fast food places. Great consistent food, wonderful customer service. My husband and I always get their Whoppers, Texas style (jalapeño, bacon and cheese for $1) unless they have Angry Whoppers on rotation. My daughter is in love with their chicken nuggets and we’ve all tried and like the Impossible Whopper. Their fries are fresh and always the same quality so that is an added value, in my opinion. I also really appreciate the new seating that they incorporated into the restaurant during their recent renovation. There are more booths and tables, and everything is a lot more accessible for those who may be using a wheelchair. I am so excited that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle beverage dispenser that has Surge! I love that iconic beverage and I am happy that they now offer flavor variations on it as well. Their menu is always evolving and this location does their best to keep the latest items stocked and well-advertised.

Really good food and service over all. I really like some of the deals that are offered daily. As well as coupons that I receive in the mail regularly. I don’t know if the machine has something wrong with it but the soda is always missing flavor to it.

The sales associates keep the restaurant and bathrooms very clean. The service is excellent. The Whopper burger I order is always juicy and overflowing with ketchup, mustard and any additional sauces I request. The fries are large and well prepared. No scrawny fries like other burger places.
