We went in to eat with our grandchildren this evening. The night crew is terrible. The girl that took our order was rude. The chicken was cold and had been been there for awhile. We finished eating and the boys wanted ice cream. The same rude girl said the machine was broke.

Good chicken but last time I went to get chicken I had to wait for 30 minutes at the order sign and then pull up to the window because nobody ever came across. Get someone at the window and try to order and get told they didn’t have 25 tenders at 7 pm. I drove 20 minutes and waited 30 minutes to order. I said I would wait. Then they said they only had 2 lotta zing packs and no lotta zing sauce. Got home and one of the family potatoes was scraped from the bottom of the pan and inedible.

I ordered my food through the drive through. My order was wrong, so I went back through the drive thru after realizing my order was incorrect. I did eat some of the food when I paid for my second order and explained i was given the wrong food. When i paid for my second order, i was asked to give back some of the food from my first order. Gross… give back food that was already pass through the window and handed to the customer. That is extremely unprofessional for a well know business and very unclean. I will definitely will not be going back, i dont was someone else used food.

The breading on the tenders were very hard and the restaurant floors were dirty and it was not a busy time. Therefore the floors should have been clean. I saw a lot of employees standing around talking when they should have been working.

I get to the drive through and there is no one in line and like three people inside I finally get to order after 15minutes and then get to the drive through window we’re I have to wait another 45 minutes before they came to the window so I can pay then after we got our food had to wait another 5 minutes for then to make our drink and only at that time did they say that they didn’t have large cups.
