I place an online order before the restaurant closed I had also got there and hour before they closed. I had wired at the drive thru for five minutes seeing people go in and out the back door refusing to acknowledge me. I then decided to go to the window hoping that might help but instead the two employees I saw were just out of view in the back ignoring my car. I then waited around twenty minutes with still no help. I then requested a refund through the website. If it can be helped never come to this location it’s just awful.

I don’t wanna give any stars …. 1050pm signs says 12am close, no one informed us that they were closed sitting trapped with car in front and behind us for 30+ minutes as they walked from the back door to trash to hide hide them selves while not doing anything realated to their job…..the junkies that are on the night shift need to find a new place to do their drugs a local food chain is not the place to do it…. this location has been soaring down hill for years..

I stepped today as I saw the closing time for the restaurant as 12am. I’m so much vexed as I noticed the staffs closing the doors inside and ignoring the appearance; myself and my husband standing in-front of the glass door as invisible ghost. Staffs (male and female) Sitting and chatting inside the the restaurant not even having the courtesy to say they have closed early. I have worked for BK in New Zealand. It’s so disappointing to see such service from BK here in US. The drive through didn’t respond but opened. Sad and worst experience.

Saw an employee taking out trash at 11:30 pm and I said are you guys open and he rudely said “CLOSED”! I told him then to change their hours. There was a child out back with the 2 adults that were working. If this is how you have people working, then you should shut down. This is unethical and embarrassing on anyone in upper management. 1 teenager and 1 adult working and I was waiting for over 10 min for an order that should have already been ready. I feel bad for the workers. Keep your head up guys
