I placed an order by phone. I went to pick up my pizza and saw the sign saying no cash on the door but your website does NOT state no cash sales. I only brought the cash my Son had for his pizza and went to Walmart for a pizza.While I understand the reason for safety sake, the employee should tell people no cash sales. So I left without the pizza. Do better.

I honestly don’t understand how this location is making money. Their fresh produce is always brown and wilting. So raw dough and poorly prepped sauces mixed with sandwich meat are your options. (There’s a subway less than a mile away, keep this in mind. ) I walked in yesterday. I quote ‘We are not able to take EBT for an unknown reason. ‘ Written on a piece of receipt paper on their front door. Alright, I’ve got cash. No problem, right? Oh. No. They haven’t accepted cash payment for over A YEAR. By an employee’s own admission. These boneheads can’t be trusted to handle basic monetary payment on a daily basis, but, they want me to return and eat their food? I’m literally waving money in their face and the boys there can’t be bothered to grab two large doughs, take them out of inventory, put the cash underneath the toybox of a register with the audible agreement that they can provide product, but, won’t be able to recover on the change with account written, product exchanged to keep inventory and make a sale. It’s called a receipt. Yeah. Walmart is a block away. I walked there and bought frozen at the same price. That includes the time spent baking whatever they call fresh product. You guys need a manager? I’m filling out my resume next week. Tell you what, I’ll go cheap, train me on how to roll the dough. The rest is written above. That place will be rolling in money in weeks.

Big fan of PM! The company’s training are excellent standard operating procedures that allow their pizza makers to handle busy rush periods. Work place is simple, always neat and tidy, and seldom do they hire or keep personnel who don’t understand friendly customer relations. PM is a model of a successful busy small business gone big.
