We tried to go to Arby’s 30 mins before they closed and they said the shake machine was down and they had a limited menu so we left. Two shops down literally 500 feet Wendy’s who closes at the same time had all menu options and their frosty machine still on served us. They were nice and the foot was hot, frosty good, not melted at all. From the way the lady at Arby’s treated us I will never go there again.

My kids wanted Arby’s however this particular one is one we won’t be back to. Some items they discontinued at this restaurant but you can still get at others like chicken tenders they don’t carry jalapeño poppers they don’t carry and their new chicken fries they could not serve them because they didn’t have proper container to serve them in.they also did not have sweet tea either so many we don’t have .for some odd reason the roast beef tasted like lunch meat not the usual roast beef flavor we think it was old .small portions on the sandwiches as well we unfortunately won’t be back to this arbys the lady running the drive through though was very pleasant which is good

Went to the drive thru and witnessed cashier sneeze into her hands right when I gave the cash. When handed change back i felt wetness on the coins. When handed the paper bag there were wet droplets on it too, right where the cashiers hands were. I then notice her wipe her hands on a napkin…Instantly used a ton of disinfectant spray and only ate the fries from my meal as they were at the bottom. Mozzarella sticks came with no marinara sauce this time and sometimes they do. But when i ask for marinara i am sometimes told the food comes with it already and i don’t need to ask. So i don’t ask and still don’t get it, but if i do ask i get told it comes with it already…

Fast food, kept a good quality while a lot of other places have really crumbled. Love the mozzarella sticks, love the wagyu burger, and i love the service I got the last time I was here. Keep it up and I’ll have to try more things on the menu!
