The customer service is horrible. They added a machine that takes the orders. The machine transferred over my order incorrectly I asked if she could fix it. She was mad and started saying rude things (in Spanish) then I offered to just pay for another one. She rudely took my money and had an attitude the rest of the time. The men working here are cool but the lady is horrible.

Customer service is horrible. The girls that work in the front always have an attitude when you ask for extra sauce or ask for light ice. Today I got a refund for my tangerine lemonade b/c it didn’t have any flavor and she acted like she couldn’t give me one b/c I had already took a sip out of it. The girl with the black eye is very disrespectful and I don’t think the store deserves an A.

Service is horrible. Monday June 20th at 8:13pm. I wanted to place an order. And they told me they were closed. I could only get a drink. I was on a lunch break. Mall doesn’t close til 9pm. There was no one in line. Really didn’t appreciate it. Was craving it all day!!! I enjoy the sandwiches it’s just sad that this was another terrible experience at this location this is just my first time complaining. I understand customer service and this place needs some work.

Horrible, I ordered a fiesta cheesesteak. It was not, it tasted like a regular cheesesteak and I took it up there twice. They said it was seasoned but didn’t look like the picture. Plus barely any meat. Worst service ever. Never will return to this store. Go to Oxmoor Mall instead.
