I think they’re new. Menu is pretty good. I had the barbecue beef sandwich and curly fries. Thought the meal was pretty good. The only thing was the tea was empty and the only thing left was the sweet tea. So I chose a soft drink. I was the only one in the place so I had my choice of where to sit.

Came here for lunch 06/08/2022 at 12:11 PM, I was excited to try the new wagyu burger. I decided to try it with bacon. After repeating my order 3 times at the window I thought that me and the lady taking my order were finally on the same page. I checked my bag and my receipt. And the receipt confirmed I was charged the extra charge for bacon. When I got back to work and sat down to eat my $12+ dollar burger I realized I had no bacon.

Waited in lobby for 30 minutes to get half my order. Floor throughout whole store was very sticky. I was ignored as well as many other customers in lobby. Absolute shame because Arby’s is my favourite but I’ve never seen such awful service. Some customers left without food.

Ordered $30 of food. Got the completely wrong order and by the time I found out I was already 30 min away. It is really not that hard to get an order right. Missing one item and the other item is wrong. Called to see if I can get some sort of refund but they need me to come to the store for the refund. I understand one mistake but the whole order is wrong. Sure they want to make it right but they need some other way to make it right. Confirmed receipt and refund over the phone.

Ok wow I for got to do this last week I went there pretty late and I got to say the manager working AMAZING JOB YOU were so kind and I understood the busy rush and I saw how others were so impatient with! Even got a 5$ off my next time in and I truly feel like it didn’t take as long as a fully staffed wendys by me. I hope people stop and chill when being told only two people are working that isn’t fun nor is it easy but the manager there last week he nailed it he was organized and quick and so so so sweet even gave me a free trial of the Jalapeno poppers They were awesome by the way. In my opinion. Just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to that manager. I wish I would caught his name or seen his name tag. Yes. Am pretty? Blind at. Night? And we’re glasses and I miss it but he knows who he is and fabulous job you’re awesome.
