This place used to good sometime back. My last visit was terrible i got a chicken bento. The chicken was slimy, rubbery and undercooked. I did not touch the chicken after the first bite. They replaced sriracha hot sauce with some gooey cheepo modified starch. The whole dish was uneatable and a complete waste of $13.00. Scratching this place off my list.

DISGUSTING! I order shrimp and beef teriyaki and the beef was gray and the shrimp was gray from being undercooked.. .. The cook and the nastiest attitude! I was handed the food, looked at the gray meat and shrimp, and hand to heaven I threw it in the trash!

I usually love Sarku Japan but the service and quality today was horrible! First off a 45min wait for a sushi roll, Ridiculous! Second I paid for the 6 dumplings and only received 4. I also paid for extra chicken and extra teriyaki sauce and hardly received any teriyaki sauce. The service was horrible and the workers where rude. If you don’t like your job you don’t have to work there simple as that.
