They had pretty much emptied the entire can of spices on my cajun fries. It was impossible to even take a bite. See the photo for yourself. If this was an accident, they should have just prepared me a new one rather than just throwing it in a bag—which by the way was entirely covered in spices in the inside. The burger was below average and the service was unacceptable of course. Bye Guys.

I have celiac (gluten free) and so appreciate how careful the staff were with preparing my food to be sure it was safe. Enormous lettuce wrapped burger and amazing fries. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s so good! It’s real food (you even know where the potatoes are from), not fast food junk. Chance took my order and fixed it, walked it through to ensure it stayed safe. So good!

This was by far one of the nicest, cleanest Five guys I have been to. I go to a lot of them all over since my daughter and I have Celiac disease. They follow procedures to not have cross contamination. The employees at this Five guys were also so nice. I honestly have not been to one as nice as this one. Yes, the prices are high. But the food is always good.

Took my daughter out today on this snowy & slushy day. The staff were so kind to us! The service was fast and burgers were delicious. There weren’t a lot of people going in and out of the store, given the weather but they still kept a steady pace of orders.

I never been to a five guys before. I was shocked. The prices were outrageous for what tasted like a McDonalds Hamburger! The fries were good. The gentleman when I ordered suggested to only get one order of fries to share with my son because it was a lot of fries, so I do appreciate that. For a mom and 9 yr old boy, 2 drinks, 2 burgers, and fries should come to $30!
