They are always crowded and give slow service. The fries are always old, which is really weird considering they are consistently busy! Then when you ask for fresh ones, they just hand you another order of fries from the same batch! SMH!

I wouldn’t give this McDonald’s ANY stars if it was up to me!! My experience here was horrible! I had ordered and asked her to read back my order please because I was ordering for a few people and the female employee rolled her eyes and started with an attitude. Her manager came with a tone and attitude before I could even finish my sentence.He had no customer service skills what so ever! He was very unprofessional!! I ordered here for years before this and would see the way the staff would treat costumers and most times it was so disrespectful and disgusting ! I work in the area and would always order here but I will NEVER be coming back to this McDonald’s again!!!

Around 1:30 pm I ordered Qtr.Pounder meal, while waiting for my change I told the cashier to add 1 apple pie, however, she already rang the meal, so she rang again the apple pie, when my order was called she hand me my order in the paper bag along with the soda, when i get home the apple pie was not included in the bag, how would you feel? I know I should have check the bag if everything in there however; this is the 4th time had happened 3 x last year in separate times and recently. This is no biggy its a minor thing, but while ago I was disappointed, how can this minor thing can be corrected and prevent the customers being disappointed of the sevices.

I placed a mobile order, and when I got there, instead of my food being ready, I see a bunch of homemade signs saying that mobile orders have to wait in line. The whole purpose of doing a mobile orders so I don’t have to wait in line. And then after waiting in line, it took at least 7 minutes for them to get my single soft serve cone ready. So basically doing a mobile order cause them to deprioritize me, when it should have really saved time.
